ԱՄՆ ծովային հետեւակի ստորաբաժանումը ժամանել է Ֆինլանդիա, մինչև օգոստոսի վերջը տեղակայվելու է ծովային հետևակայինների 60 հոգանոց ջոկատը։ Այս մասին հայտնել են Ֆինլանդիայի ռազմածովային ուժերը։
«Մենք գոհ ենք, որ ծովայինները վերադարձել են՝ շարունակելու մեզ հետ աշխատել: «Նյուլենդ» բրիգադում կազմակերպություն է ստեղծվել, որն աջակցում է դաշնակիցների ընդունելությանը և տեղակայմանը: Նոր հնարավորությունները, որոնք նրանք կբերեն իրենց հետ, թույլ կտան մեզ շարունակել եւ զարգացնել մեր համագործակցությունը»,- ասել է «Նյուլենդի» բրիգադի շտաբի պետ, հրամանատար Պեկկա Սնելմանը։
2024 թվականի վերջին պլանավորվում է, որ ԱՄՆ ծովային հետևակայինների ևս մեկ ջոկատ կժամանի Դրագսվիկ՝ նոյեմբերի վերջին մասնակցելու Ֆինլանդիայի ռազմածովային նավատորմի հիմնական զորավարժություններին» -պարզաբանվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
