Վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տևական արձակուրդի ընթացքում այսօր այցելել է Արմավիրի մարզ, ծանոթացել մարզում կատարված և կատարվող աշխատանքներին։ Փաշինյանը, հիշեցնենք, հուլիսի 15-ից արձակուրդ է մեկնել և այն վայելելու է մինչև օգոստոսի 12-ը, բայց ընթացքում հասցրել է Լոնդոնում լինել, նաև մի քանի շրջայցեր կատարել Հայաստանում։

Արմավիր այցը հանպատրաստից և անակնկալ է եղել, բայց մարզպետին առանձնապես չի մտահոգել։ Ի տարբերություն այլ պաշտոնյաների, Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը վստահ է, որ վայելում է Փաշինյանի առանձնաշնորհյալ սերն ու հարգանքը, նաև լուրջ ազդեցություն ունի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում»։ Ինչը չի կարելի ասել մարզպետների մեծամասնության համար։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Արմավիր, ապա և առաջիկայում այլ մարզեր այցելությունները մեկ նպատակ ունեն՝ պատրաստվել հնարավոր ֆորս-մաժորներին և արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին։

ՔՊ-ում հիանալի հասկանում են, որ իրավիճակն ամեն պահի կարող է դուրս գալ վերահսկողությունից, ստիպված լինեն գնալ արտահերթի, ուստի կարևորագույն գործերից մեկը տեղերում կառույցներ ունենալն ու ամրապնդելն է։ Եթե նախկինում Սյունիքի մարզպետը կառավարության հետ որևէ խնդիր չուներ, ապա այսօր Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանի դիրքերը բավական թուլացել են։

Գործող վարչախումբը Սյունիքի համայնքապետերի հետ հարաբերություններում որդեգրել էր սուբսիդիաներով և դոտացիաներով լռեցնելու, նրանց հավատարմությունը գնելու քաղաքականությունը, բայց պարզվում է՝ դա արդյունավետ չի եղել։ Եվ մտմտում են գործող համայնքապետերից ազատվելու, նրանց յուրայիններով փոխարինելու տարբերակներ։ Խնդիրներ կան նաև Արագածոտնի ու Գեղարքունիքի մարզերում։

Վերջին խորհրդակցություններից մեկում Փաշինյանը զգուշացրել է, որ անձամբ է ստուգելու տեղական կառույցների ու իշխանության տեղական մարմինների աշխատանքը, առանց այլևայլությունների հեռացնելու են թերացողներին։
