Աղետի գոտիները ՀՀ-ում ավանդո՞ւյթ. ջրհեղեղից 2 ամիս անց Ալավերդիում ոչինչ չի փոխվել

Մայիսի 26-ին Դեբեդ գետի վարարման հետևանքով առաջացած ջրհեղեղից 2 ամիս անց աղետի էպիկենտրոն Ալավերդիում և հարակից բնակավայրերում ոչինչ չի փոխվել։
«Ամեն ինչ «այլընտրանքային» տրամաբանության մեջ է, կամուրջները, շրջանցիկ ճանապարհները, գազատարը, էներգամատակարարման գծերը։ Փոխհատուցման մասին խոսել են, բայց դեռ ոչ ոք ոչինչ չի ստացել։ Քաղաքը տեսքից ընկել է, մարդիկ տրամադրություն չունեն»,- MediaHub-ին պատմում է Ալավերդի քաղաքի բնակիչ Սարո Խառատյանը։
«Կամուրջը սարքեցին, ժամանակավոր գազատարը, էդ սաղ կոմունալների գծերը վերականգնեցին, բայց մեկ ա` դա հարցի ամբողջական լուծում չի։ Մարդիկ ոնց ապրել են, շարունակում են ապրել, էդ աղետը մեզ համար էր, որ 2 ամիս ա` քուն ու դադար չունենք, վարձով ենք ապրում»,- ասաց նա։
Սարոյի բնակարանը մայիսի 26-ի ջրհեղեղից հետո ամբողջությամբ անցել է ջրի տակ։
«Պատերից բացի տնից ոչինչ չի մնացել»,- ասում է մեր զրուցակիցը։ Խառատյաններն այժմ վարձակալական հիմունքներով ապրում են Ալավերդի քաղաքում։ Մեծ հույսեր են կապել պետության հետ, սակայն, աղետից տուժած բնակիչներին հատկացվող աջակցությունը, մեղմ ասած, տեղացիների սրտով չէ։ Բացի այդ, դեռ ոչինչ չեն ստացել։
«Այդ աջակցությունը նույնիսկ չի հերիքի, որ նորմալ վերանորոգենք բնակարանը, կահավորենք։ Ամեն ինչ կորցրեցինք, ամեն ինչ։ Մենակ մեր տնամերձ այգին մեզ բավական էր ձմեռահան լինելու համար։ Հիասթափված ենք»։
Աղետից 2 ամիս անց՝ աղետի գոտում ոչինչ չի փոխվել։ Այս մասին վերահաստատեցին Սանահին կայարան թաղամասի բնակիչները ևս՝ նշելով, որ կամուրջները վերանորոգելուց հետո էական ոչինչ չի փոխվել։
«Շենքերի առաջին հարկերում մարդ չկա։ Ցերեկը տանտերերը գալիս բակում նստում են, հետո գնում ժամանակավոր կացարաններ, ձեռքներից բռնող չկա։ 2 կոպեկ են տալիս, թե դուք պիտի վերանորոգեք։ Գետաբերանին գտնվող տներն ապօրինի են ճանաչվել, դրանց ընդհանրապես փոխհատուցում չեն տալիս։ Գյուղաբնակների համար ավելի ցավոտ վիճակ է, էդ մարդիկ անասուններ, թռչուններ և այգիներ են կորցրել, գետն օժանդակ շինություններն է քշել-տարել։ Տալիս ընտանիքը Քարկոփում է ապրում, հույսը դրել են պետության վրա, բայց հիմա ձեռնունայն նստել, սպասում են փոխհատուցումներին, որ գոնե տունը կարգավորեն»,- նշեց տիկին Ռիտան։
Տարածքում գործող հասարակական կազմակերպությունները գույքագրել են վնասները, սակայն, դրանք մնացել են թղթի վրա։ Պետությունն ինքն է որոշել ըստ բնակմակերեսի փոխհատուցել կրած վնասները։
