Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հայտնում է, որ ՊԵԿ պաշտոնական կայքում հրապարակվել է 2024 թ. հունվար-հունիս ամիսների ընթացքում առաջին 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների կողմից վճարված հարկերի և վճարների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը:
2024 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների կողմից պետական բյուջե է վճարվել 900,4 մլրդ դրամ, որը կազմում է Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի կողմից վերահսկվող եկամուտների շուրջ 76%-ը, իսկ վերադարձը նվազեցնելու դեպքում` 72 %-ը: Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողներն վճարել են շուրջ 25,9 մլրդ դրամ ավելի (որից՝ 3.8 մլրդ դրամը շահութահարկ), մասնավորապես, այն դեպքում, երբ մաքսային մուտքերը նվազել են 72 մլրդ դրամով:
Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ խոշոր հարկ վճարողների ցանկում տեղ են գտել 274 հարկ վճարողներ, որոնք նախկինում ընդգրկված չեն եղել ցանկում։ Վերջիններիս կողմից վճարված գումարի չափը կազմում է 90.6 մլրդ դրամ: Այս երևույթը վկայում է այն մասին, որ խոշոր հարկ վճարողների ցանկը պարբերաբար փոփոխվում է՝ համալրվելով նոր հարկ վճարողներով, ինչն էլ իր հերթին վկայում է տնտեսության դինամիկայի մասին:
408 հարկ վճարողներ նախորդ տարվա համեմատ բարելավել են իրենց դիրքերը և նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ վճարել են 106,3 մլրդ դրամ ավելի գումար։ Անհրաժեշտ է նկատի ունենալ, որ ԱԱՀ մասով կտրուկ աճերը կարող են պայմանավորված լինել ընկերությունների ընտրած բիզնես մոդելով, ունենան կարճաժամկետ արտացոլում վճարված ԱԱՀ մասով, սակայն ավելի խորքային վերլուծության դեպքում ակնհայտ կլինի, որ վճարված ԱԱՀ վերադարձ է տեղի ունենում: Տարընկալումներից խուսափելու համար ՊԵԿ-ը պատրաստակամ է հարցերի դեպքում տրամադրել պարզաբանումներ։
Ոլորտային վերլուծության ցուցանիշների համաձայն, նախորդ տարվա համեմատ առավել խոշոր աճ են հայտարարագրել մեծածախ և մանրածախ առևտրի, մշակող արդյունաբերության և հանքագործական արդյունաբերության, իսկ առավել մեծ նվազում` էլեկտրականության, գազի մատակարարման, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսական և ապահովագրական գործունեության ոլորտներում գործունեություն ծավալող հարկ վճարողները:
1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների վերաբերյալ ցանկը հասանելի է ՊԵԿ պաշտոնական կայքի «Տեղեկություն հարկ վճարողների վերաբերյալ» բաժնի «Հարկ վճարողների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվական ցանկեր» ենթաբաժնում։
