«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

vz.ru-ն «Դաշնային խորհրդում գնահատել են թուրքական լրատվամիջոցների տվյալները Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեմ «հարավային ճակատ» բացելու ԱՄՆ-ի ծրագրերի մասին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Վաշինգտոնի ծրագիրն է Երևանը «կտրել» Ռուսաստանից և Հայաստանը դարձնել Մոսկվայի վրա ճնշման գործիք, գրել են թուրքական թերթերը։ Թուրքական մամուլը, հաղորդելով ԱՄՆ-ի նման մտադրությունների մասին, անհանգստացած է տարածաշրջանում սեփական շահերով, vz.ru-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է սենատոր Կոնստանտին Դոլգովը։ «Թուրքիայի մտավախություններն անհիմն չեն: Փաստն այն է, որ Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունն արդեն մի շարք քայլեր է արել դեպի Արևմուտք,- նշել է Դոլգովը,- խոսքն առաջին հերթին պաշտոնական Երևանի հռետորաբանության մասին է»։ Զրուցակիցը հիշեցրել է, որ վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանում հաճախ է բարձրացվում ՀԱՊԿ-ից երկրի հնարավոր դուրս գալու հարցը։

«Բացի այդ, հայ և ամերիկացի զինվորականների համատեղ զորավարժություններ են անցկացվում, քննարկվում է Պենտագոնի ներկայացուցչի տեղակայման հարցը Հայաստանի ՊՆ-ում»,- հավելել է պատգամավորը։ Նրա կարծիքով, այդ ամենը մեկ շղթայի օղակներ են, որոնք բացասական հետևանքներ կունենան ամբողջ Անդրկովկասի համար։ «ԱՄՆ-ի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներթափանցումն ու հզորացումը ոչ մի լավ բան չի բերում տարածաշրջանին երկարաժամկետ անվտանգության տեսակետից»,- ընդգծել է Դոլգովը։ Դրա համար էլ թուրքերն ահազանգում են, կարծում է զրուցակիցը։ «Նրանց անհանգստացնում են սեփական շահերը, այլ ոչ թե Ռուսաստանի դեմ «հարավային ճակատը»։ Թուրքիան ավանդաբար Անդրկովկասը դիտարկում է որպես իր ազդեցության գոտի։ Միաժամանակ նրանք պատմականորեն բարդ գործընթացներ են ապրել Երևանի հետ հարաբերություններում։ Այդ ֆոնին էլ Անկարային տարածաշրջանում լրացուցիչ խաղացողներ պետք չեն, հատկապես այնպիսի խոշորը, ինչպիսին ԱՄՆ-ն է»,- պարզաբանել է սենատորը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, «ԱՄՆ-ի նենգ ծրագիրը» բացասական հետևանքներ կունենա հենց բուն Հայաստանի համար, հավելել է նա։ «Վաշինգտոնի ծրագիրն է պոկել այդ Անդրկովկասյան հանրապետությունը Ռուսաստանից և այն դարձնել Մոսկվայի վրա ճնշման գործիք»,- հիշեցրել է խորհրդարանականը։

Նրա կարծիքով, Արևմուտքի հետ Երևանի սիրախաղը որևէ կապ չունի երկրի անվտանգության և բարգավաճման մտահոգության հետ։ «Հայաստանի կառավարությունը պետք է հիշի պատմությունը և այն, որ Հայաստանի անվտանգության ամենահուսալի երաշխավորը Ռուսաստանն է։ Մոսկվան բաց է թողել կապուղիները, և մենք շարունակում ենք աշխատել տարբեր մակարդակներում։ Կցանկանայի հուսալ, որ մեր երկրների միջև պատմական բարեկամության և դաշինքի ուղեբեռը այս դեպքում կգերազանցի։ Բայց շեշտեմ, որ մենք չենք հանդուրժի մեր շահերին, մեր երկրի անվտանգության շահերին կպչելը»,- եզրափակել է Դոլգովը։
