Մենք բազմիցս նշել ենք, որ ԵՄ-ն կորցրել է խաղաղության իր ներուժը, նույնիսկ խոսքերով։ Ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան՝ խոսելով Եվրամիության կողմից Հայաստանին 10 մլն եվրոյի չափով ռազմական օգնություն հատկացնելու մասին։
Ըստ նրա՝ ամեն ինչ արվում է, որպեսզի հետխորհրդային տարածքը վերածվի ռազմական առճակատման գոտու։
«Հայաստանի զինված ուժերին ԵՄ-ի՝ 10 միլիոն եվրո ուղարկելու ծրագրերի հետևում կան աշխարհաքաղաքական հաշվարկներ՝ իր կործանարար ազդեցությունմ Անդրկովկասում տարածելու համար»,- ընդգծել է պաշտոնյան։
Զախարովայի խոսքով՝ Խաղաղության եվրոպական հիմնադրամը խաղաղության մասին չէ, այլ պատերազմի։
«Կարելի է մտածել, թե ինչ կարելի է անել 10 միլիոն եվրոյով պաշտպանական կարողությունների ամրապնդման առումով մի տարածաշրջանում, որտեղ շատ լայնածավալ հակամարտություններ են եղել, բայց դա ինքնիշխան երկրի խնդիրն է, ինչպես կառուցել իր քաղաքականությունն ու պաշտպանությունը»,- ասել է Մարիա Զախարովան։
«Չկա որևէ փաստ, երբ եվրոպական նման օգնությունն ուղղված է եղել խաղաղ օրակարգին, բայց շատ են դեպքերը, երբ այդ գումարներն օգտագործվել են հակամարտություններ հրահրելու համար»,- ընդգծել է ՌԴ պաշտոնյան։
