Ընդդիմության սիրտը քննիչ հանձնաժողով է ուզում

Հայաստանյան խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը ցանկանում է քննիչ հանձնաժողով ստեղծել՝ հունիսի 12-ին ոստիկանների գործողությունները քննելու համար։ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը հայտնել է, թե մի քանի օրից նախաձեռնությունը շրջանառության մեջ կդնեն։

«Խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության պարտքն է նախաձեռնել նմանօրինակ հանձնաժողով ու արձանագրել այն բոլոր խախտումները, որ տեղի են ունեցել հունիսի 12-ին»,-նշեց Մամիջանյանը։

Հանրահավաքը ցրելու համար ուժայինները կիրառել էին հատուկ միջոցներ՝ լուսաձայնային նռնակներ, ընդհուպ, ըստ իրավապաշտպանների, «Զարյա 3» տեսակի, որ այդ պահին դեռ արգելված էին։

Պաշտոնական տվյալներով՝ այդ օրը հիվանդանոցներ դիմած 106 տուժածից 57-ը բեկորային վնասվածք էր ստացել։ Ոստիկանների գործողությունների վերաբերյալ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, սակայն որևէ ոստիկան անգամ մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակ չունի։ Քննիչ հանձնաժողովի ստեղծումը, սակայն, որևէ արդյունքի չի բերելու, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» բավարար թվով ձայներ ունի խորհրդարանում ընդդիմության ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն վիժեցնելու համար։ Իսկ նման նախաձեռնություններն ընդամենը ժամանակի վատնում են դառնալու, նաև հուսալքության նոր ալիք են բարձրացնելու։

Փաշինյանական վարչախումբն ապացուցել է, որ ոչ միայն պատրաստ է ուժով ճնշել ընդդիմադիր շարժումները, այլև ցինիզմի բարձրագույն մակարդակ ապահովել խորհրդարանում ցանկացած քննարկման ժամանակ։ Անամոթների և ապիկարների այդ բազմության դեմ քաղաքական պայքարի քաղաքակիրթ մեթոդները վաղուց այլևս չեն աշխատում։
