Վիզաների ազատականացումն ու եվրոպացիների սանձարձակությունը

Եվրոպական միության արտաքին հարաբերությունների խորհուրդը որոշում կայացրեց Հայաստանի հետ վիզաների ազատականացման երկխոսությունը մեկնարկելու, ինչպես նաև՝ Հայաստանին Եվրոպական խաղաղության գործիքի ներքո աջակցություն տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ: 27 երկրների հավանությունից հետո, հարցը ֆորմալ հաստատման կդրվի ԵՄ Խորհրդում, ապա կփոխանցվի Եվրահանձնաժողովին, որն էլ կհայտարարի՝ կոնկրետ երբ է սկսում բանակցությունները և գործողությունների ինչ ծրագիր է դնում Երևանի առջև։
Վիզաների ազատականացման համար տարիներ են պահանջվելու։ Որոշ երկրների, օրինակ, Մոլդովայի դեպքում, պահանջվեց 3-ից 4 տարի, Վրաստանից՝ 5, Ուկրաինայից՝ 9։ Թուրքիայի հետ բանակցությունները 10 տարուց ավելի է դեռ շարունակվում են։ Որոշման մեջ նշվում է՝ վիզաների պահանջը կչեղարկվի, երբ Հայաստանը լիարժեք կհամապատասխանի անհրաժեշտ բոլոր չափանիշներին։ Որպես կանոն, Բրյուսելն առաջադրում է չորս հիմնական պահանջ՝ սահմանների կառավարումից մինչև կազմակերպված հանցավորության ու կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքար։
«Պատմական», «շրջադարձային» այսպես են մեկնաբանում ընդունված որոշումները գործող վարչախմբի ներկայացուցիչները: Մինչդեռ հենց նույն օրը եվրոպական առաջատար երկրներից մեկի՝ Չեխիայի դեսպանատունը սառը ջուր լցրեց ՀՀ քաղաքացիների խանդավառության վրա՝ հայտարարելով, թե այսուհետ վիզայի համար ներկայացված դիմումները մասնակցելու են վիճակախաղի։
Առանց այն էլ հանրությունը վրդովված է, որ ԵՄ դեսպանատները ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին չափազանց վատ են վերաբերվում, վիզաներ տրամադրելու հարցում իրենց սանձարձակ պահում, ամիսներով հարցազրույցի չեն կանչում, խախտում են հերթերը, կամայական մերժումներ տալիս։ Հարց է ծագում՝ ինչո՞ւ է փաշինյանական վարչախմբին թվում, որ իր քարոզչական փուչիկը կարելի է կերցնել հանրությանը, որը հրաշալի գիտի, թե ինչ է կատարվում իրականում։
