Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա վարչախմբի պաշտոնավարման օրոք Հայաստանը վերածվել է քրեական թատերաբեմի. օր չկա, որ մահվան ելքով դեպքերի, հրազենով կատարված հանցագործությունների մասին տեղեկություններ չստացվեն, իսկ հանրությունը պարզապես վախի վատթարագույն մթնոլորտում է ապրում։

Հայաստանում ամեն շաբաթ միջինը երկու հանցագործություն է կատարվում հրազենով ու այլ ռազմամթերքով։

Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալով՝ այս տարվա միայն հինգ ամիսներին՝ հունվարից մինչև մայիս, նման հանցանքների թիվը 45-ի է հասել՝ գրեթե 65 տոկոսով ավելի, քան 2023-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածը։ Իրավիճակն այնքան լուրջ է, որ նույնիսկ իշխանությանը լոյալ իրավապաշտպաններն են սկսել քննադատել ոստիկանությանը։ Իհարկե, առայժմ թիրախում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա ստեղծած, կամ ավելի ճիշտ, այլասերած համակարգը չեն։

Մինչդեռ երկիրը բռնապետության և ոստիկանապետության վերածող Փաշինյանը հրաշալի գիտակցում է իր արարքների հետևանքները։ Անպատժելի դարձած իրավապահ մարմիններն էլ հանցագործությունները բացահայտելու փոխարեն զբաղված են դրանք պարտակելով, քրեական հեղինակությունների հովանավորությամբ։

Փաստերի ստուգման հարթակի ուսումնասիրության համաձայն՝ վերջին տարիների վիճակագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ 4 մարդասպանից մեկն է դատարանի առաջ կանգնում։ Նման պայմաններում ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի չի կարող վստահ լինել, որ տանից դուրս գալուց երեկոյան անվնաս կվերադառնա տուն: Իսկ պատասխանատուն ու մեղավորը մեկն է։ Եվ այդ մեկ մարդը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է։
