«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ մենք անդրադարձել էինք Արագած լեռան լանջին լեռնադահուկային և էկոգյուղատնտեսական նոր համալիր ստեղծելու թեմային ու դրա շուրջ ստեղծված թնջուկին: Դեռևս անցած տարվա նոյեմբերին տեղեկացրել էինք, որ բնակավայրերի բնակիչներից շատերը չեն պատրաստվում տալ իրենց տարածքները, և առաջիկայում սպասվում են դատական հայցեր: Եվ ահա, թերթին այս թեմայով նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Պարզվում է, որ, ի վերջո, երկու կազմակերպություններից առավելությունը տրվել է ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարար Ռուբեն Գրիգորյանի «Ռիդ» ընկերությանը, գյուղացիների հողերը կառավարությունը հանրային գերակա շահ է ճանաչել, իսկ ներդրողը հողերն ուզում է ստանալ, ըստ տեղի բնակիչների, «կոպեկներով»՝ մեկ քառակուսի մետրի դիմաց 345 դրամով։
Վարդենուտ գյուղի բնակիչները, որոնց հողերը գերակա շահ են ճանաչվել, մոտ 2000 դրամ են պահանջում: Ի դեպ, այս հարցը օրերս տեղացիները բարձրացրել են նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առջև, հիմա սպասում են նրա արձագանքին: Մեր տեղեկություններով, նրանք, սակայն, երկար չեն սպասելու. եթե իրենց խնդիրը կարճ ժամանակում լուծում չստացավ, վարդենուտցիները (և ոչ միայն նրանք) պատրաստվում են երկարատև լայնածավալ բողոքի ակցիաներ իրականացնել, այդ թվում՝ ճանապարհներ փակել: Թերթի կառավարական աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ` հնարավոր է գործընթացը նորից կասեցվի: Բանն այն է, որ թե՛ տեղական ինքնակառավարման, թե՛ պետական իշխանության այլ մարմիններ ևս առանձնապես հակված չեն նման գներով հողերի օտարմանը:
Ավելին, չափազանց սրվել են Ռուբեն Գրիգորյանի և իշխանությունների հարաբերությունները։ Գրիգորյանը ժամանակին սերտ հարաբերություններ ուներ իշխանությունների հետ, ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների, նույնիսկ հիմնադրել և երկար ժամանակ ֆինանսավորել է ներկայում իշխանական խոսափող համարվող ամենահայտնի տելեգրամյան ալիքներից մեկը: Այժմ, սակայն, Գրիգորյանը զրկվել է իշխանության բարեհաճությունից, և կարող են ուշագրավ զարգացումներ լինել:
