«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ մենք անդրադարձել էինք Արագած լեռան լանջին լեռնադահուկային և էկոգյուղատնտեսական նոր համալիր ստեղծելու թեմային ու դրա շուրջ ստեղծված թնջուկին: Դեռևս անցած տարվա նոյեմբերին տեղեկացրել էինք, որ բնակավայրերի բնակիչներից շատերը չեն պատրաստվում տալ իրենց տարածքները, և առաջիկայում սպասվում են դատական հայցեր: Եվ ահա, թերթին այս թեմայով նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Պարզվում է, որ, ի վերջո, երկու կազմակերպություններից առավելությունը տրվել է ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարար Ռուբեն Գրիգորյանի «Ռիդ» ընկերությանը, գյուղացիների հողերը կառավարությունը հանրային գերակա շահ է ճանաչել, իսկ ներդրողը հողերն ուզում է ստանալ, ըստ տեղի բնակիչների, «կոպեկներով»՝ մեկ քառակուսի մետրի դիմաց 345 դրամով։
