«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Լրատվամիջոցներում պարբերաբար հրապարակումներ են եղել, որ գործարար Էդգար Ավագյանը, որը ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի որդու կնքահայրն է, Ծաղկաձորում 2021 թվականից կառուցում է «Պալլադա» համալիրը:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Ավագյանին պատկանում է ոչ թե ամբողջ համալիրը, այլ դրա բաժնետոմսերի 25 տոկոսը: Ավելին, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, գործարարը վաճառել է իր բաժնետոմսերը և դուրս եկել այդ բիզնեսից: «Փաստը» կապ հաստատեց Էդգար Ավագյանի հետ, որը հաստատեց մեր տեղեկությունները և նշեց, որ նման որոշման պատճառներից մեկն այն է, որ անընդհատ շահարկվում է Ալեն Սիմոնյանի անունը: «Այնքան այդ մարդու, այդ ընտանիքի անունը շրջանառեցին, շահարկեցին, որ կորավ հետաքրքրությունս այդ բիզնեսի նկատմամբ, ու վաճառեցի այն», - ասաց Ավագյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ինքն «անհիշելի ժամանակներից» է բիզնեսով զբաղվում, ու չէր կարող Ալեն Սիմոնյանը կապ ունենալ իր բիզնես գործունեության հետ: Կան տեղեկություններ, ինչի մասին ևս լրատվամիջոցները գրել են, որ Ավագյանը սնանկ է ճանաչվել:
Հարցնում ենք՝ այդ դեպքում ինչպե՞ս է հաջողվել նման գործարք իրականացնել: «Եթե ավելի մանրամասն ուսումնասիրեիք, կտեսնեիք, որ սնանկության գործընթացը դադարեցված է: Դա եղել է բանկի հետ կապված տեխնիկական խնդիր, երբ ես անձնական հարցերով եղել եմ արտերկրում, և փոքր գումարի հետ կապված ուշացում է արձանագրվել, և խնդիրներ են ծագել բանկի հետ: Իմ վերադարձից հետո այդ տեխնիկական խնդիրը լուծվել է, և սնանկության հարցը կասեցվել է»,- ասաց Էդգար Ավագյանը:
Հավելենք, որ թերթի ուսումնասիրությունները ևս ցույց տվեցին, որ իսկապես սնանկության գործընթացը կասեցված է, այսինքն, երկար ժամանակ է՝ Էդգար Ավագյանն այլևս սնանկ չէ:
