В МИД РА не подтверждают и не опровергают участие Мирзояна в COP 29 в Баку

Азербайджан пригласил министра иностранных дел Армении Арарата Мирзояна в Баку для участия в конференции  COP 29  в ноябре.

Новости Армении - NEWS.am попыталось выяснить в МИД, приняла ли Армения приглашение и отправится ли министр в Баку. «В случае, если вопрос будет затронут, мы сообщим об этом», - сказали в МИД:

Отметим, что помощник Ильхама Алиева Хикмет Гаджиев накануне заявил: «Учитывая, что у сторон нет дипломатических отношений, этот шаг Баку демонстрирует добрую волю и инклюзивный подход Азербайджана. Теперь правительство Армении должно принять решение».

Примечательно, что приглашение на COP 29 было направлено не премьер-министру Пашиняну, а Арарату Мирзояну. Между тем, в прошлом месяце именно в азербайджанских СМИ циркулировала информация о том, что Никол Пашинян отправится в Баку, в ответ на что пресс-секретарь премьер-министра Армении заявила, что в рабочей повестке дня Пашиняна такой визит не запланирован.
