Պետք չէ զարմանալ թյուրքական ցեղերի առաջնորդ, ոմն Իլհամ Ալիևի ինքնավստահ, լկտի պահվածքից։ 
Ալիևը գործում է ճիշտ այն շրջանակներում, որը ձևավորվել է ներկայիս հայկական իշխանությունների քաղաքականության արդյունքում։ 

Այսինքն, ըստ էության, Ալիևը հասկանում է, որ ոչ ադեկվատ, քաղաքականապես անգրագետ որոշումների կայացման հարցում ինքնիշխանության նույնիսկ չնչին նշույլները բացարձակապես կորցրած, վախկոտ և իր նկատմամբ ինքնահարգանքն ու հայ հասարակության հարգանքը կորցրած ներկայիս հայկական իշխանությունը պատրաստ է ամեն ինչի, ինչ ասեն՝ միայն թե մնա իշխանության ղեկին։ 

Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ նա մշտապես գրեթե անհնարին պայմաններ է առաջ քաշում հայկական իշխանության առաջ իբր "խաղաղության" հասնելու համար, քանզի գիտի, որ Հայաստանը փուլ առ փուլ ապամոնտաժելու իր պահանջների կատարումը հայկական իշխանությունը դիտարկում է որպես իշխանություն պահելու գործընթաց։

Ալիևն, անշուշտ, գող է, մարդասպան և ռազմական հանցագործ, բայց նա ամենևին էլ հիմար չէ և շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ Հայաստանում կոնսենսուս է ձևավորվում իր քմահաճույքով երկրի ինքնաոչնչացմանը դիմադրելու շուրջ։
Սա փաստ է։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով Ալիևն, այս ամենով հանդերձ, շահագրգռված է Հայաստանում ներկայիս քաղաքական կոնֆիգուրացիայի պահպանմամբ։ Դա, իհարկե, չի չեղարկում Հայաստանը մասնատելու և ոչնչացնելու նրա ծրագրերը, բայց նա հասկանում է, որ դրան կարող է հասնել բացառապես հայկական իշխանության, այսինքն՝ հենց հայերի ձեռքով։ 

Այնպես որ նրա վերջին հայտարարությունները պետք է դիտարկել հենց այդ համատեքստում։ 
Եվ դեռ.

Ալիևը հասկանում է, որ նույնիսկ եթե ամեն օր տասը համաժողով անցկացնի օկուպացված հայկական Շուշիում կամ կոկորդիլոսի արցունքներով ողողի հայկական Ստեփանակերտի փողոցները, կամ հազարավոր քոչվոր ցեղակիցներին տեղափոխի հայկական հող, Արցախը, միևնույն է՝ նրանց հայրենիքը չի դառնա, քանի որ նրանք հայրենիք չունեն հայկական հողի վրա, և նա դա գիտի։ Ու հենց դրա համար էլ շտապում է, շատ է շտապում, դրա համար էլ ենթագիտակցորեն զգում է, որ «հայկական զսպանակը», որի վրա ինքը սեղմում է, արդեն իսկ «բացվելու» եզրին է։ 
Այնպես որ՝ մենք չենք հանգստանում:

Ոչ մի իշխանություն հավերժ չէ, ոչ Հայաստանում, ոչ Ադրբեջանում, և ինչպես ասում են՝ ամեն ինչ դեռ առջևում է։
