Իրավաբանը՝ աշխարհի հայկական ներուժը չօգտագործելու և սեփական առաջարկների մասին

Փաստաբան Տիգրան Սարգսյանն ապաշնորհություն է համարում աշխարհում գործող հայկական ռեսուրսը չօգտագործելը: Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նա նշեց.
«Հայկական աշխարհի սահմանները համընկնում են աշխարհի սահմաններին: Սա հաշվի առնելով՝ հայերս մեծ ազդեցություն կարող ենք ունենալ աշխարհում: Ցանկացած կառույց, այդ թվում նաև Հայկական աշխարհի կառավարման կառույցները, պետք է ձևավորվեն համաձայն իրավական ակտերի: Այս պարզ պահանջի պահպանմամբ պայմանավորված` վաղուց հասունացել է Համահայկական սահմանադրության մշակման և ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը»:
Ըստ Սարգսյանի՝ ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունն այս հարցում կատարյալ անգործություն է ցուցաբերում, սակայն պետք է լինել լավատես և ստիպել պետական կառույցներին աշխատել հօգուտ հայ ժողովրդի բարօրության: Այս բոլոր ծրագրերն իրականություն դարձնելու համար, մեր զրուցակցի համոզմամբ, պետք է ստեղծել Համահայկական պառլամենտ, որը պետք է կազմավորվի սփյուռքի բոլոր հայկական համայնքների և հայկական եկեղեցիների ներկայացուցիչներից:
«Ես` որպես մասնագետ, 2016 թվականի ընթացքում կաշխատեմ Համահայկական սահմանադրության նախագծի մշակման վրա և հրապարակային կներկայացնեմ հասարակությանը»,- տեղեկացրեց իրավաբանը:
