Պարզվում են հրաձգարանի մոտ 64–ամյա տղամարդու մահվան հանգամանքները

2024 թվականի հուլիսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 18:35-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքի հրաձգարանի մոտ քաղաքացիական «Վոլկսվագեն» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա կա, որի կողքին՝ ականի պայթյունի հետևանքով մահացած անձ, հայտնում են ՀՀ ՔԿ-ից։
«Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն, դրա հիմնական բաղկացուցիչ մաս, ռազմամթերք, ակոսափող հրազենի փամփուշտ, պայթուցիկ նյութ կամ պայթեցման սարք ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը, առաքելը կամ կրելը) և 337-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (hրազենի, զենքի, ռազմամթերքի, պայթուցիկ նյութերի կամ պայթեցման սարքերի պահպանության պարտականությունը չկատարելը կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելը) հատկանիշներով։
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում նախնական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը 64–ամյա տղամարդը, հրաձգարանի պահպանության շրջանակներում իր հերթափոխն ընդունելու նպատակով, գնացել է N զորամասի հրաձգարանի տարածք։ Նշված վայրից հավաքել է կրակված արկերի դյուրալյումինե կտորներ՝ որպես գունավոր մետաղ հանձնելու նպատակով։ Դրանց մեջ եղել է նաև չպայթած արկ, որը քանդելու ժամանակ առաջացած պայթյունի հետևանքով տղամարդը ստացել է կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ դեպքի վայր է հանդիսանում Կապան քաղաքի հրաձգարանի հարևանությամբ գտնվող դաշտամիջյան տարածքը, իսկ հրաձգարանը գտնվում է դեպքի վայրից դեպի հյուսիս: Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է «Վոլկսվագեն» մակնիշի վերոնշյալ տրանսպորտային միջոցը՝ վնասվածքներով, արկին նմանվող մետաղական դետալներ և արկի միջուկին նմանվող մետաղական դետալ։

Նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Դեպքի հանգամանքերը պարզելու նպատակով ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համապատասխան բաժնին տրվել է օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու հանձնարարություն:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցները՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները համակողմանի պարզելու ուղղությամբ»,-նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
