«Մենք Երևանից հստակ պատասխան ենք ակնկալում, թե ինչպես կարող են Հայաստանի ներկա տարածքից՝ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանից արտաքսված ադրբեջանցիները կամ նրանց ժառանգները վերադառնալ իրենց պատմական հողեր՝ այցելել այդ տարածքներ կամ բնակություն հաստատել այնտեղ», – այսօր Շուշիում մեկնարկած Գլոբալ Մեդիա համաժողովի ընթացքում հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։
«Ես խորապես համոզված եմ, որ ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի օրը անպայման կգա, և ապավինում ենք Հայաստանի ղեկավարության քաղաքական կամքին, նրա հռչակած ժողովրդավարությանն ու օրենքի գերակայության սկզբունքներին նրա հավատարմությանը», – ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը։ Նա պնդել է, թե «Բաքվի մոտեցումը Ղարաբաղի բնակչության հայկական մասի վերաինտեգրման հարցում նման քաղաքական կամքի օրինակ է ադրբեջանական իրավական դաշտում»։
«Բնականաբար, մենք Հայաստանի կառավարությունից ակնկալում ենք ճիշտ նույն մոտեցումը, ինչ մերը։ Մենք նրանցից հստակ հայտարարություն ենք ակնկալում, թե ինչպես կարող են այսօրվա Հայաստանի տարածքից, Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանից վտարված ադրբեջանցիները կամ վտարվածների ժառանգները վերադառնալ իրենց պատմական հողերը՝ այցելել նրանց կամ ապրել այդ հողերում։ Ավելին, մեր տվյալներով՝ ադրբեջանցիներով բնակեցված գյուղերի 90 տոկոսում այժմ կյանք չկա, դրանք ուղղակի ամայի են»,- հայտարարել է Ալիևը։
