ՌԴ-ում առաջարկվող խստացումները կազդեն նաև հայերի վրա

Ռուսաստանի քննչական կոմիտեն միգրացիոն օրենսդրությունը խստացնելու առաջարկներ է ուղարկել Պետդումա։ Մասնավորապես, առաջարկվում է ընդլայնել քաղաքացիություն չտրամադրելու հիմքերը, ծանրացուցիչ հանգամանք դարձնել Ռուսաստանում ապօրինի գտնվող օտարերկրացիների կողմից հանցագործության կատարումը։ Քննչական կոմիտեն նաև միջոցներ է մշակում ներգաղթյալների նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունն ուժեղացնելու համար։
Պետդումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինն իր հերթին հայտնել է, որ ներգաղթի վերահսկողության կարգավորումների ուղղությամբ ներկայումս Պետդումայում 25 օրինագծեր կան։
Հաջորդ շաբաթ երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ընդունելու համար քննարկվելու է անօրինական միգրանտներին արտաքսելու ռեժիմի մասին օրինագիծը։ Թեև Ռուսաստանում հայտարարում են, թե միգրացիոն կանոնները կտրուկ խստացվում են «Կրոկուս սիթի» համերգասրահում անցած մարտին տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական գործողությունից հետո, բայց, ըստ վերլուծաբանների, Մոսկվան վաղուց էր խստացումներ ծրագրում՝ հաշվի առնելով Ուկրաինայում ծավալվող իրադարձությունները։ Ռուսաստանը ռազմաճակատ նորակոչիկներ ուղարկելու խնդիր ունի։
Օրեր առաջ Ռուսաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Բաստրիկինն ասել էր, որ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիություն ստացած միգրանտներից ավելի քան 30 հազարը վերցված են հաշվառման, և արդեն շուրջ 10 հազարն ուղարկվել են «հատուկ ռազմական գործողության» գոտի։
Միգրանտների նկատմամբ խստացումներն ազդելու են նաև ՌԴ արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնող հայաստանցիների վրա, ինչն էլ շղթայական ռեկացիայով տնտեսական բացասական հետևանքներ կունենա Հայաստանի համար։ Հատկապես, որ վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալներով, տրանսֆերտները սկսել են նվազել:
