ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնաթող ավագ խորհրդական Ալեքսանդր Անանևը որոշակի գաղտնազերծումներ է արել 2023 թվականին, Արցախում ծավալված իրադարձությունների և նախապատերազմական շրջանում տեղի ունեցած գաղտնի հանդիպումների մասին:
Վերջինս նշել է, որ 2023թ. սեպտեմբերին՝ Արցախում սկսված ռազմական գործողություններից 2-3 օր առաջ, Թուրքիայում հանդիպել են ՌԴ, ԱՄՆ և ԵՄ ներկայացուցիչները:
Նրա խոսքով, ՌԴ-ն փորձել է կանխել Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծվող էսկալացան, սակայն ԱՄՆ-ը դեմ է եղել:
ՌԴ դիվանագետի հավաստմամբ, ՀՀ իշխանություններն իմացել են Ադրբեջանի սպասվող գործողությունների մասին, բայց նրանց ասվել է, որ հայտարարեն, թե Հայաստանը որևէ կերպ չի արձագանքելու այդ գործընթացին:
Միանգամից նշեմ, որ Անանևի պնդումը, որ ՌԴ-ն փորձել է կանխել էսկալացիան, որևէ ձևով չի արդարացնում ՌԴ անկարողությունը` Արցախի դեմ լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմը չկասեցնելու կամ ավելի վաղ փուլում չկանգնեցնելու առումով:
Ինչ վերաբերվում է ՀՀ իշխանություններին, սրանք ամենաբարձր մակարդակով խոստովանել են, որ դեռ 2018-ին էին ցանկանում հանձնել Արցախը, այնպես որ, նրանց մասով ամեն ինչ վաղուց էր պարզ:
Առհասարակ, միջազգային դերակատարները` յուրաքանչյուրն իր պատասխանատվության մասով, որևէ լուրջ քայլ չձեռնարկեց Արցախի բլոկադան թույլ չտալու, Ադրբեջանին զսպելու, արցախահայերի բռնի տեղահանությունը կանխելու համար:
Հիմա բոլորը փորձում են արդարանալ, պատասխանատվությունը միմյանց դաշտ փոխանցել, տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե պայքարում են արցախցիների իրավունքների վերականգնման կամ հումանիտար խնդիրների վերացման շուրջ, իսկ իրականում նրանց թույլտվության ու լուռ համաձայնության ներքո, Ադրբեջանը նախ 2020-ին լայնամասշտաբ գործողություններ ձեռնարկեց Արցախի դեմ, 2021-22-ին` արդեն ՀՀ-ի դեմ ագրեսիայի դիմեց, իսկ 2023-ին ուժի միջոցով ամբողջությամբ օկուպացրեց Արցախը:
