SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հուլիսի 18-ին վիճաբանություն, ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 11։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ հուլիսի 16-ին Գեղանիստ գյուղում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանության մեջ են մտել Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 22-ամյա Դավիթ Հ․-ն և 22-ամյա Սահակ Հ․-ն, որի ընթացքում վերջիններս հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Ասքանազ Դավթյանի գլխավորությամբ, ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ և ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներով պարզվել են, որ հուլիսի 16-ին ժամը 23։30-ի սահմաններում «ՎԱԶ 2121» ավտոմեքենայով Սահակ Հ․-ն իր ընկերներ, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 22-ամյա Անդրանիկ Ա․-ի, 18-ամյա Ռաֆայել Հ․-ի, 21-ամյա Վահան Հ․-ի և վերջինիս ընկեր՝ 21-ամյա Էդուարդ Ա․-ի հետ միասին գնացել են Գեղանիստ գյուղի կենտրոնական հրապարակ, որտեղ Սահակ Հ․-ի քրոջը նեղացնելու հարցի շուրջ վերջիններս վիճաբանել են Դավիթ Հ․-ի և նրա ընկեր, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 26-ամյա Միքայել Մ․-ի հետ, որի ընթացքում վերջիններս քաշքշել են միմյանց, սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել, որից հետո Սահակ Հ․-ն հարվածներ է հասցրել Դավիթ Հ․-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով հասարակության նկատմամբ:
Ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից Սահակ Հ․-ն և Էդուարդ Ա․-ն խուլիգանություն կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքի հիման վրա ձերբակալվել են և տեղափոխվել ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին, իսկ նշված ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվել է բաժնի հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնում կազմվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխնացվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժին:
