Հայաստանում գործող վարչախումբը ձախողել է ոչ միայն արցախյան հարցի կարգավորումը՝ խայտառակ պարտության տանելով Հայաստանը, այլև հնարավոր ու անհնարին բոլոր ոլորտները, որոնք նախկինում, քիչ թե շատ աշխատում էին։ Վերջին օրերին սոցիալական ցանցերը պայթում են գրառումներից ու տեսանյութերից, Երևանում և այլ բնակավայրերում ժամեր, անգամ օրեր անջատվում է էլեկտրամատակարարումը, խայտառակ վիճակում է ջրամատակարարման համակարգը, որը կառավարում են վարչախմբի սիրելի ֆրանսիացիները։ Իսկ Երևանում ցանկացած թափով անձրև վերածվում է իսկական հեղեղի։

Փաշինյանական խառնամբոխի պաշտոնյաներն ու նրանց մեդիասպասարկուները, իհարկե, փորձում են մեղադրանքի սլաքները հեռացնել վարչախմբի վրայից, ուղղել ՀԷՑ-ի, «Վեոլիա»-ի, ճանապարհաշինարարների, բոլորի, անգամ Ռուսաստանի վրա։  ՀԷՑ-ն ու «Վեոլիա ջուրը», անշուշտ, մասնավոր ընկերություններ են, բայց որտե՞ղ է պետական վերահսկողությունը, հստակ պատիժները, ենթակառուցվածքները վերանորոգելու պատրաստակամությունն ու տարրական գիտելիքները։

Վարչախմբի մեկ այլ սիրելի արդարացումն էլ, այսպես կոչված «սաբոտաժ» բառն է։ Պետական համակարգի որոշ օղակների են մեղադրում այդ սաբոտաժի դեմ, իբր աշխատում են Փաշինյանի դեմ։ Վեց տարի իշխանության ղեկին գտնվող Փաշինյանն այդպես էլ որևէ իրական ռեֆորմ չի արել, որպեսզի այսօր «սաբոտաժ» բառը լուրջ ընկալվեր։ Իսկ սաբոտաժ, իհարկե, կա, գործող վարչախմբի սաբոտաժն է պետության դեմ։

Իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա հրոսակախումբը հասցրել են վարկաբեկել ամեն բան՝ բանակը, եկեղեցին, պետական հաստատությունները, ոստիկանությունը, դատական համակարգը։ Հիմա էլ ամսով արձակուրդի է մեկնել։ Հայաստանը գոյատևելու մեկ տարբերակ ունի՝ հեռացնել այս «սաբոտաժնիկ»-ներին։
