ՌԴ իշխանությունները սկսել են չեղարկել արտագաղթած ռուսաստանցիների անձնագրերը

Արտագաղթած ռուսաստանցիներն անցանկալի քաղաքացիների դեմ պայքարում բախվել են ռուսական իշխանությունների մեկ այլ «նոու-հաուի»՝ ներքին անձնագրերի չեղարկման խնդրի: Ներկայում հայտնի է 9 նման դեպք։ Նման խնդիր ունեցող ռուսաստանցիներից առնվազն երեքը հետապնդվել են քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով, գրում է The Moscow Times-ը։ Հուլիսի 15-ին Արխանգելսկից լրագրող Օլեսյա Կրիվցովան, որը լքել է երկիրը սոցցանցերում հակապատերազմական գրառումների համար հարուցված բանակի «վարկաբեկման» և «ահաբեկչության արդարացման» քրեական գործերի պատճառով, հայտարարել է իր ռուսական անձնագրի չեղարկման մասին։ Ներկայում նա ապրում է Նորվեգիայում, աշխատում է Barents Observer-ում: Օրերս լրագրողը հայտնաբերել է, որ այլևս չի կարող մուտք գործել Պետական ծառայությունների պորտալ։ Դա տեղի է ունեցել այն բանից հետո, երբ դիմել է Կիրկենեսում ՌԴ գլխավոր հյուպատոսություն՝ իր միջազգային անձնագիրը փոխարինելու համար, ինչը նրան մերժել են քրեական գործի պատճառով։ Արդյունքում Կրիվցովան պարզել է, որ իր ներքին անձնագիրն այլևս վավերական չէ, թեև այդ մասին ծանուցում չի ստացել։ Ավելի վաղ իշխանությունները չեղարկել էին Օմսկից ակտիվիստներ Դանիիլ Չեբիկինի և Ռիչարդ Քինգի անձնագրերը, որոնք նույնպես լքել են Ռուսաստանը։ Նրանք ևս առանց ծանուցման «կորցրել էին» անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը՝ Երևանում ՌԴ դեսպանատուն այցելությունից հետո։ Արտերկրում գտնվելով՝ հնարավոր չէ նոր անձնագիր պահանջել կամ վիճարկել ՌԴ ՆԳՆ-ի որոշումը։ Այս կապակցությամբ դեսպանատան աշխատակիցը խորհուրդ է տվել Չեբիկինին վերադառնալ և «հայրենիքում լուծել իր խնդիրները»։ Ակտիվիստների խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանից ևս վեց էմիգրանտներ հետագայում դիմել են իրենց՝ անձնագրերի հետ կապված նմանատիպ խնդիրներով: Անուններ կամ այլ մանրամասներ նրանք չեն հայտնել։
