Ռուսական կողմն արգելել է մի շարք ապրանքների ներմուծումը Հայաստանից․ ի՞նչ է պատրաստվում անել կառավարությունը

Ռուսաստանը դադարեցնում է Հայաստանից ներմուծումը։ 2024 թվականի ապրիլ-հունիս ամիսներին արձանագրվել է թունաքիմիկատների մնացորդների առավելագույն թույլատրելի չափերը գերազանցելու 8 դեպք, ինչի պատճառով սահմանափակում է մտցվել։ Խոսքը վերաբերում է լոլիկի և խնձորի ներմուծմանը։
Պարզելու համար, թե ինչպիսի իրավիճակ է հիմա, MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց ՍԱՏՄ–ի հետ սակայն ասացին, որ այս պահին մեկնաբանություն չունեն՝ նշելով, որ ավելի ուշ հաղորդագրություն կտարածեն։
Կառավարությունից էլ մեր աղբյուրները խոստովանեցին, որ խնդիրը, իրականում, քաղաքական հարթության մեջ է, այսինքն՝ ռուսական կողմը քաղաքական որոշմամբ է արգելել պտուղ-բանջարեղեն ներմուծել։ Խոսքը բացառապես լոլիկի և խնձորի մասին է, ընդ որում՝ խոսքը մեկ տասնյակից ավելի արտահանող ընկերության մասին է, և հիմա մտածում են, թե ինչպես լուծում տան հարցին։ Մեզ ասացին՝ հավանաբար համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչները կմեկնեն ՌԴ՝ բանակցությունների։
MediaHub-ն այս թեմայով զրուցեց նաև «Իրազեկ և պաշտանված սպառող» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանի հետ, ով ևս այս ամենի հետևում քաղաքական ենթատեքստ է տեսնում։
«Ես չեմ կարող գնահատակններ տալ, բայց կարող եմ ասել որ հասարակության շրջանում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն էմոցիոնալ փուլի վրա են, բայց եթե վերլուծենք կհասկանանք, որ գործ ունենք գործադիր իշխանության հերթական օղակի տեսչական մարմնի հանցագործ ամբողջության հետ»,- ասաց Պիպոյանը։
Մեր զրուցակցի հավաստմամբ՝ ռուսական կողմը հայկական կողմին տվել է տնտեսվարողների ցանկ, որոնք այլևս չեն կարող արտահանում կատարել։
«Ռուսական կողմը գրությամբ դիմել է հայկական կողմին՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ դադարեցնում է մի շարք ընկերությունների բուսական ծագման մթերքների արտահանման հնարավորությունը»,- նշեց նա։
