Հուլիսի 18-ի լուսաբացի մեջ տագնապը խտացել էր, որը պիտի դառնար գույժ:
Այս անգամ էլ հրաշք չեղավ. ավաղ, այլևս ֆիզիկապես մեզ հետ չէ մեր գործընկերը՝ Սևան համայնքի ավագանու անդամ, լավագույն երիտասարդ ու մասնագետ Արսեն Ռաֆայելի Աֆիյանը, որը դեռ չէր բոլորել 37 տարին:
Կենսուրախ ու միշտ պատրաստակամ, վստահելի ու լավատես մեր Արսենը դեռ այնքան նպատակներ ու ծրագրեր ուներ, սակայն այլ բան էր կանխորոշված, ու երկրային կյանքի վերջակետը դրվեց:
Կնքեցիր մահկանացուդ` թողնելով ցավ ու մորմոք, չմաշվող կսկիծ, որ դեռ երկար մխալու է:

Քո անմիջականությամբ ու պարզությամբ լցնում էիր շուրջբոլորդ` ներկայությունդ դարձնելով ցանկալի ու սպասված:
Տարիների ընթացքում ստեղծել էիր այս աշխարհի քո փոքրիկ ու տաք անկյունը, որ չափել-ձևել էիր սիրով, նվիրվածությամբ, երազանք-նպատակներով ու ընտանեկան դիմանկարդ էլ շրջանակել էիր 3 զավակիդ սիրով, որոնց դեռ շատ բան ունեիր տալու և ասելու, որոնք ամեն պահ զգալու են քո թանկ բացակայությունը:
Թվում էր` ոչինչ չի խաթարելու այն ամենը, ինչը քո կարճ, բայց իմաստալից ապրած տարիների ընթացքում հասցրել էիր ձեռք բերել, թվում էր, սակայն Աստծո գործերն անքննելի են...
Մահը դեռ վերջ չէ, ոչ էլ` վերջակետ ու անզոր է սիրո, հիշողությունների ապրած տարիների դիմաց:
Ոտնահետքերդ ու շնչառությունդ քո աշխատավայրի ու տանդ բոլոր անկյուններում են, սիրելի ու հարազատ քաղաքիդ բակ ու փողոցներում, ձայնդ ու հայացքդ միշտ ուղեկցելու են զավակներիդ, կնոջդ, ծնողներիդ, բոլոր նրանց, որոնց քո ներկայությամբ ջերմացրել էիր, որոնց դու հասցրիր տալ քո սերն ու ջերմությունը:
Դեռ ինչքա՜ն ապրելու տարիներ ունեիր, ինչքա՜ն ծրագրեր ու նպատակներ:
Ախր, դեռ շատ երիտասարդ էիր, ու կյանքն էլ առջևումդ էր. դեռ ավագ որդուդ պիտի առաջին դասարան տանեիր, միջնեկ զավակիդ՝ մանկապարտեզ, իսկ նորածին դուստրդ քո մասին կիմանա ու քեզ շատ կսիրի հարազատներիդ խոսք ու զրույցներից ու դասդասվող հիշողություններից:
