Սևանի ավագանու անդամին սպանել են 7-ամյա երեխայի աչքի առաջ․ մանրամասներ ողբերգական դեպքից

Հուլիսի 17-ին կրակոցներ, սպանություն, սպանության փորձի դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սևան քաղաքում։
Oragir.News-ի տեղեկություններով սպանվածը Սևան քաղաքի 37-ամյա բնակիչ Արսեն Աֆիյան է։ Նա Սևան համայնքի ավագանու անդամ էր և հայտնի ատամնաբույժ Սևան քաղաքում։
«Մանրամասների չեմ տիրապետում։ Միայն կարող եմ ասել, որ Արսեն Աֆիյանը մեր համայնքի ավագանու անդամ էր, արտակարգ մարդ, արտակարգ քաղաքացի, լավ մասնագետ։ Հիանալի անձնավորություն էր, ազնվագույն երիտասարդ։ Ամբողջ համայնքը սգում է։ Շատ լավ ընտանիքից էր, միակ տղան էր, ունի երկու քույր։ Ամուսնացած էր, ունի երեք զավակ»,- Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սևանի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղար Արմենուհի Ղուկասյանը։
Oragir.News-ի բացառիկ տեղեկություններով դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել սպանված Արսեն Աֆիյանի 7-ամյա երեխայի աչքի առաջ։ Մեր աղբյուրը հայտնեց, որ դեպքի վայրում երեխա է եղել։
«Չեմ կարող վստահ ասել՝ դա իր երեխան է, թե ոչ, բայց կարծում եմ, որ իր երեխան է։ Համենայն դեպս դեպքի վայրում երեխա եղել է»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Oragir.News-ի աղբյուրները հայտնեցին, որ վիճաբանության պատճառը դրսում բարձր ձայնով խոսելն է եղել։ «Երիտասարդները՝ Լևոն Բանդուրյանը՝ քրեական պատմություններով հայտնի Արա Բանդուրյանի տղան և հարազատները մոտեցել և դիտողություն են արել, որից հետո տեղի է ունեցել վեճը»,- ասաց նա։
Հիշեցնենք՝ հուլիսի 17-ին, ժամը 22։00-ին կրակոցներ, սպանություն, սպանության փորձի դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում՝Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի Սևանի վարչական տարածքում գործող «Best Western Bohemian Resort» հանգստյան գոտում կրակոցներ են հնչել և կան վիրավորներ։
«Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոն են տեղափոխվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 37-ամյա Արսեն Աֆիյանը, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Էդգար Աֆյանը և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 56-ամյա Աղասի Ալոյանը։ Ժամեր անց Արսեն Աֆիյանը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է։

Նշենք նաև, որ այս հրապարակումից հետո «Best Western» հանգստյան գոտու տնօրինությունը հերքում պահանջեց Oragir.News-ից։
Հերքում «Նման բան տեղի չի ունեցել, չգիտեմ, թե որտեղից է այդ ինֆորմացիան։ Հյուրանոցը իր ռեժիմով, ոնց աշխատում էր, այդպես էլ աշխատում է, և ոչ մի արտառոց դեպք տեղի չի ունեցել։ Նշված անձինք այս տարի 1-2 անգամ ընտանիքներով եղել են մեր հանգստյան գոտում։ Ոչ մի կրակոց չի եղել, որևէ մեկին չեն հայհոյել, ոչ մի բան չի եղել։ Ապատեղեկատվություն է դա»,- Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Best Western» հանգստյան գոտու փոխտնօրեն Կարեն Հայրոյանը։
