«Հիմք ընդունելով Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քրեական պալատի դատավոր Սամվել Վլադիմիրի Օհանյանի 65 տարին 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 29-ին լրանալու հանգամանքը և ղեկավարվելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 166-րդ հոդվածի 8-րդ մասով, «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքի 89-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 9-րդ կետով, 160-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետով, 160-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և 94-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով` Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը որոշում է՝

1. Պաշտոնավարման տարիքը լրանալու կապակցությամբ՝ 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 29-ից Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քրեական պալատի դատավոր Սամվել Վլադիմիրի Օհանյանի լիազորությունները համարել դադարած»:
