«Ռուսներն են մեղավոր»․ ինչո՞ւ է թանկացել հեղուկ գազը Հայաստանում

Հեղուկ գազը նախորդ ամիսների համեմատ վերջին մեկ ամսում կրկնակի թանկացել է։ Եթե մարտ-ապրիլ ամիսներին հղուկ գազի գինը իջել էր ընդհուպ 80-100 դրամի, որոշ տեղերում անգամ 60-70 դրամով էր վաճառվում, ապա հիմա 200-220 դրամ է դարձել։
Ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները մեզ ասացին, որ անցյալ տարի այս ամիսներին դարձյալ այս արժեքն էր, և դա պայմանավորված է զուտ միջազգային շուկայում գների բարձրացմամբ։ Իսկ միջազգային շուկան, այս դեպքում, Ռուսաստանն է, որտեղից էլ ներկրվում է Հայաստան մտնող հեղուկ գազի մեծ մասը։ ՌԴ-ում հեղուկ գազը այս օրերին վաճառվում է 100-110 դրամով, որին գումարվում են լոգիստիկ ծախսերը, հարկերը, տնտեսվարողի եկամուտը, և արդյունքում ստացվում է այն գինը, որն այսօր առկա է շուկայում։ Կարճ ասած՝ ռուսական շուկան է մեղավոր կամ հենց անձամբ ռուսները, որ հեղուկ գազը Հայաստանում թանկացել է նորից։
MediaHub-ն այս հարցով դիմեց նաև Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողով՝ հասկանալու, թե ունե՞ն որևէ ուսումնասիրություն և կա՞, արյդոք, հակամրցակցային որևէ դրսևորում այս շուկայում։
«Շուկան խիստ մրցակցային է։ Խոշոր տնտեսվարողի՝ շուկայում ունեցած մասնաբաժինը կազմում է շուրջ 10 տոկոս, հետևաբար շուկայում առկա չեն գերիշխող դիրք ունեցող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հեղուկ գազի ներմուծում են իրականացնում 86 տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտ»,-պատասխանեցին ՄՊՀ-ից։
