ԲԴԽ-ն շոու է անում՝ ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման հայցերով

Հօգուտ Հայաստանի նախատեսվում է բռնագանձել ավելի քան 350 մլն դրամի ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույք։
Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի փոխանցմամբ, հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը` նախագահությամբ դատավոր Կարապետ Բադալյանի, կայացրել է վճիռ, որով նախատեսվում է Սուրեն Գաբրիելյանից հօգուտ Հայաստանի բռնագանձել ավելի քան 350 մլն դրամի գույք։ Ներառվում է 1 առանձնատուն Կոտայքի մարզի Առինջ համայնքում, 1 հատ բնակարան Երևանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում և ավելի քան 70 մլն դրամ գումար։
Սուրեն Գաբրիելյանը հայտնի է նրանով, որ «Հայբիզնեսբանկ» ՓԲԸ–ից 10 մլն 980 հազար եվրո գումար հափշտակելու վերաբերյալ քրեական գործի մեղադրյալներից մեկն է։ Նրա վերաբերյալ «Օրինաց երկիր» կուսակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը դեռ 2013 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 9-ին գրություն էր ուղարկել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն, դրա հիման վրա էլ Գաբրիելյանը կալանավորվել էր։ Կալանքի ժամանակ Սուրեն Գաբրիելյանը ծանր հիվանդությունների հետևանքով հայտնվել էր Նորքի ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցում, որտեղից փախուստի էր դիմել, ինչից հետո վերջինիս նկատմամբ հետախուզում էր հայտարարվել։
2016 թվականին Սուրեն Գաբրիելյանը Գերմանիայում էր` բուժվելու նպատակով, չնայած նա Ինտերպոլի կողմից միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ էր։ Ներկա պահին Սուրեն Գաբրիելյանի գտնվելու վայրի մասին ոչինչ հայտնի չէ։
Նույն դատավորը շաբաթներ առաջ էլ համեստ մի վճիռ էր կայացրել մեկ այլ գործով։ Ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման հայցերով այլ վճիռներ դեռ չկան։
2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը խոսում էին միլիարդավոր դոլարների թալանի, նախկիններին պատժելու, գողացվածը վերադարձնելու մասին։ Արդյունքում, համեստ պահանջներ են և ավելի համեստ վճիռներ։ ԲԴԽ-ն էլ նման հաղորդագրություններով փորձում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե դատական համակարգը աշխատում է, ինչ-որ բանի դեռ պիտանի է։
