Որոշ մարզերում գազաբենզալցակայանների գործունեություն է դադարեցվել, իսկ Տավուշի մարզում՝ ապամոնտաժվել

ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի հանձնարարագրերի հիման վրա Տեսչական մարմինը հրդեհատեխնիկական հետազոտություններ է իրականացրել ՀՀ, ք. Երևան, Ռուբինյանց փողոց 41/1 հասցեում անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ կողմից շահագործվող հեղուկ գազի լցավորման կետի (ՀԳԼԿ), Վայոց Ձորի մարզ, գ. Ելփինում «Դիդվան» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության կողմից շահագործվող արտադրական վտանգավոր օբյեկտների, Արագածոտնի մարզ, ք. Աշտարակ, Քասախի կիրճ 1 հասցեում «Ձորշին» ԱՊԸ կողմից շահագործվող բենզալցակայանի, ինչպես նաև Տավուշի մարզ, ք․ Դիլիջան, Կամոյի փող․, 2 Ա հասցեում գտնվող հեղուկ ածխաջրածնային գազեր (ՀԱԳ) լցակայանի՝ նորմատիվ-տեխնիկական փաստաթղթերի պահանջների կատարման նկատմամբ։
ՔՏՀԱ տեսչական մարմնի հրդեհային անվտանգության մասնագետների կողմից հրդեհատեխնիկական հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Երևանի Ռուբինյանց փողոց 41/1 հասցեում գտնվող գազալցակայանը, ինչպես նաև Վայոց Ձորի մարզի Ելփին գյուղում, Արագածոտնի մարզի Աշտարակ քաղաքում շահագործվող բենզալցակայաններն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձաքննություն չեն անցել:
Հաշվի առնելով նորմատիվ-տեխնիկական փաստաթղթերի պահանջների կատարման թույլ տրված խախտումները, ինչպես նաև այդ խախտումների ռիսկայնությունն ու վտանգավորության աստիճանը՝ ՀՀ ՔՏՀԱ տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարը Երևանում, Վայոց Ձորի և Արագածոտնի մարզերում շահագործվող գազա-բենզալցակայանների գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու որոշումներ է կայացրել, դրանք Տեսչական մարմնի և ՀՀ հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության համագործակցության արդյունքում կապարակնքվել են։
Տավուշի մարզում իրականացված ուսումնասիրոության արդյունքում հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տարածքային մասնագետները Դիլիջան քաղաքի Կամոյի փող․, 2 Ա հասցեում նոր գազալցակայանի կառուցման շինարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման փաստ են հայտնաբերել։
ՏՄ մասնագետները տնտեսավարողից պահանջել են շինարարական աշխատանքների օրինականությունը հաստատող համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր, դրանք տնտեսավարողի կողմից չեն ներկայացվել։
ՔՏՀԱ տեսչական մարմնի մասնագետների կողմից շինարարական աշխատանքը համարվել է ինքնակամ, և բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում ինքնակամ կառուցված գազալցակայանը տնտեսավարողի սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ ապամոնտաժվել է։
