SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հուլիսի 9-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժնից ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժին հայտնել են, որ հուլիսի 8-ին ժամը 09։40-ի սահմաններում Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Ավագ Ք․-ն դիմել է բուժկետ, որտեղ վերջինիս մոտ նախնական ախտորոշվել է «ստորին ծնոտի ձախակողմյան այտուց, աջ ակնակապճային շրջանի հեմատոմա և այտուց, ձախ ուսանրակային շրջանի 2.5-ից 3 սմ չափերի մակերեսային արյունազեղում, ձախ կրծքային մկանի միջին երրորդականի դրսային մասի այտուց, ձախ բազկի վերին և միջին երրորդականի 6-ից 7 սմ չափերի սահմանափակ արյունազեղումներ հարցականով», ով հայտնել է, որ վերը նշված մարմնական վնասվածքները ստացել է հուլիսի 7-ին ժամը 17։30-ին, Վեդի-Չիվան ճանապարհի աջ հատվածում գտնվող հանգստյան գոտում 6 անհայտ քաղաքացիների հետ վիճաբանելու հետևանքով:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանի և Արարատի բաժնի պետ Ֆիլիպպ Ստեփանյանի գլխավորությամբ Արարատի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Ավագ Ք․-ն նշված վնասվածքները ստացել հուլիսի 5-ին ժամը 18։00-ի սահմաններում Վեդի քաղաքի թիվ 1 հիմնական դպրոցի հետնամասում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։ Իսկ արդեն օրեր անց ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Տիգրան Շոխոյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Ներսես Մուրադյանի:
Պարզվել է, որ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 16-ամյա Ռոբերտ Բ․-ի կողմից ձեռքերով մի քանի անգամ իր մարմնի տարբեր մասերին հարվածելու հետևանքով նա վնասվածքները ստացել:
Դեպքի փաստով ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 171 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով և 297 հոդ. 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
