Միացյալ Նահանգները Հայաստանին ստիպում է միջանցք տրամադրել Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Պետդեպարտամենտի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մեթյու Միլլերի հայտարարությանը, թե Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև համաձայնությունը հնարավոր է, բայց դա երկու կողմից կպահանջի բարդ ընտրություններ և բարդ փոխզիջումներ կատարել:
Հարցին՝ հայկական կողմն արդեն բավականաչափ զիջումներ կատարել է, ի՞նչ նոր ու բարդ փոխզիջումներ են սպասվում, կամ Ադրբեջանական կողմն ի՞նչ պետք է զիջի, Դանիելյանն ասաց.
«Միացյալ Նահանգները Հայաստանին ստիպում է միջանցք տրամադրել Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև: Արցախի մնացած մասն ինչո՞ւ հանձնվեց Հայաստանի կառավարության կողմից, որովհետև իրենք ասում էին, որ ռուսական վերահսկողության Մեղրիի միջանցքը չեն տալիս, համաձայն չեն և դրա համար Լաչինը փակվեց, դրա համար 2023 թվականին Արցախում տեղի ունեցավ այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ», - ասաց նա:
Դանիելյանի խոսքով՝ հիմա պահանջում են միջանցք հանձնել միջազգային, ըստ էության, ամերիկյան վերահսկողության տակ:
«Ստացվում է՝ Արցախը զոհաբերվեց, որ ռուսական ԱԴԾ-ի (ФСБ)-ի վերահսկողություն չլինի Մեղրիում: Հիմա այդ միջանցքն արդեն այլ երկրի կամ այլ կազմակերպությունների են, որոնք այլ երկրներն են ներկայացնում: Բնականաբար, համապատասխան հարցեր են առաջացնում, դրա համար Հայաստանից զիջումներ են պետք», - նշեց քաղաքագետը:
Ըստ նրա՝ Ադրբեջանից պահանջվող զիջումն այն է, որ տարածքային նոր պահանջներ չներկայացնեն Հայաստանին, ինչին Ադրբեջանը համաձայն չէ:
Հարցին՝ միջանցքի տրամադրմանը կգնա՞ն ՀՀ իշխանությունները, նա արձագանքեց. «Նրանք արդեն ինչ-որ ձևով համաձայնվել են, ուղղակի ձևակերպումներ են որոնում, թե ինչպես ներկայացնեն Հայաստանի հանրությանը»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է խաղաղության պայմանագրին, Դանիելյանն ասաց, որ եթե նույնիսկ ստորագրվի էլ այդ փաստաթուղթը, ոչ մի խաղաղություն էլ չի լինի:
«Խաղաղություն կարող է լինել այն դեպքում, եթե 6 երկիր՝ Կովկասի երեք երկիր և Իրանը, Ռուսաստանն ու Թուրքիան գան որոշակի միասնական համաձայնության Հարավային Կովկասի ապագայի մասին և Արևմուտքը չխոչընդոտի։ Դա միակ տարբերակն է», - նշեց քաղաքագետը:
