Իշխանությունների խանդավառ մեկնաբանությունները, թե ՀՀ տնտեսությունն աճ է գրանցել, փակում են խնդիրները տեսնելու ճանապարհը։

Բանն այն է, որ վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում ինտենսիվ կերպով բացասական ուղղությամբ են գնում դեպի Հայաստան օտարերկրա ներդրումները։

Վիճակագրական կոմիտեն հրապարակել է 2023 թվականին ՀՀ տնտեսության մեջ իրականացված օտարերկրյա ներդրումների ցուցանիշները: Ըստ այդմ՝ 2023 թվականին Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ օտարերկրյա ներդրումների զուտ ներհոսքը եղել է 138․6 մլրդ դրամ կամ մոտ 347 մլն դոլար: Սա ավելի քան 58 մլրդ դրամով կամ մոտ 30%-ով պակաս է 2022 թ-ի ցուցանիշից:

2024 թվականի հունվար-մարտ ամիսների ցուցանիշը համեմատելով նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի հետ՝ կտեսնենք, որ թվերը բացասական են։

ՀՀ ամենամեծ ներդրումներ մինչև անցած տարի եղել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից՝ 158 մլրդ դրամ, իսկ այս տարի առաջին եռամսյակում այն կազմել է 17 մլրդ դրամ։
Հայաստանում «Իրական հատվածում կատարված օտարերկրյա ներդրումների զուտ հոսքերի ծավալն» ըստ երկրների գլխավորում է Ռուսաստանը, որին հաջորդում է Կիպրոսը, Լյուքսեմբուրգը և այլ երկրներ՝ համեմատաբար քիչ ներդրումներով։

Ստացվում է, որ ՀՀ տնտեսությունը ակամա հայտնվում է վտանգի տակ, քանի որ դադարում է մրցակցել միջազգային խաղացողների հետ։
