Իրանի նախկին արտգործնախարար Զարիֆի հուշերից մի հատվածի հրապարակայնացումը, ըստ որի՝ Հայաստանը մերժել է պատերազմը պատվաբեր եղանակով և մեզ ավելի ձեռնտու փուլում կանգնեցնելու իրանական առաջարկը, Հայաստանի ներքին մթնոլորտը փոխելու հսկայական պոտենցիալ ունի։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ, քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը։

«Մինչ այդ գիտեինք, որ Հայաստանը 44-օրյայի ժամանակ երկու անգամ էլ մերժել է ռուսական կողմի՝ պատերազմը դադարեցնելու առաջարկը։

Ստացվում է.

1. Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պատերազմի ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ մերժել են պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու հնարավորությունը՝ իրենց վրա վերցնելով հազարավոր զոհերի, վիրավորների ու տարածքային կորուստների աննկարագրելի բեռը։

2. Այս թեզը դառնում է Հայաստանի ցանկացած քաղաքական ուժի և անհատի ընտրության առանցքային կետը։ Շրջանցել այս հարցադրումը պետք է դարձնել անհնար։ Անհնար է հանգիստ շարունակել քաղաքական և սովորական կյանքը, երբ տիրապետում ես նման ինֆորմացիայի։

Սա այն հարցն է, որը չունի վաղեմության ժամկետ, և սա պետք է դառնա ազգային օրակարգի առանցքային հարցերից մեկը՝ ինչո՞ւ են մերժվել պատերազմը դադարեցնելու առաջարկները։

Այս հարցը ծնում է նոր հարցեր՝ իսկ գուցե մեկ այլ ուժ թույլ չի՞ տվել պատերազմը շուտ դադարեցնել, իսկ գուցե եղել են ա՞յլ դրդապատճառներ։ Վերջապես, այս հարցը չի կարող սահմանափակվել մեկ հոգու պատասխանատվությամբ։ Կա անձանց մի շրջանակ, որը պատասխաններ պետք է տա։ Այդ շրջանակը ներառում է այդ ժամանակվա գործող արտգործնախարարին, այդ ժամանակվա ՀՀ նախագահին, որը հետագայում փախավ Հայաստանից (գուցե հենց ա՞յդ պատճառով), Անվտանգության Խորհրդի անդամները։ Ո՞վ էր տեղյակ առաջարկներին, ո՞վ ձայն չհանեց, երբ մերժվում էին առաջարկները։ Ո՞վ գիտեր, թե ինչ է կատարվում ու չդիմեց ժողովրդին՝ կասեցնելու համար աղետը։

Մենք չենք կարող ձևացնել, թե ոչինչ տեղի չի ունեցել, շարունակել թաքնվել մասնավոր հորինված ստի մեջ՝ ում ինչպես հարմար է։ Պատերազմի արագ դադարեցման (մերժման) առեղծվածը կարմիր գիծ է։

Սա նոր օրակարգ է նաև Բագրատ Սրբազանի համար։ Բարոյականության կենսական քարոզով պայքար տանող Սրբազանը վստահաբար պետք է այս թեման դարձնի առանցքային։ Ու սա կլինի հենց պրոցեսի քաղաքականացման իրական ուղերձ։

Պատերազմը վաղաժամ և պատվաբեր պայմաններով չդադարեցնելը և´ բարոյական հարց է, և´ ծայրահեղ քաղաքական։ Դրա գինը աննկարագրելի թանկ էր։ Սրբազանի «ներքին հաշտության» առանցքային ուղերձը նաև այս հարցի վրա պետք է խարսխվի։ Մեր ներքին հաշտությունը պետք է պահանջի ճշմարտության բացահայտում։ Ճշմարտություն՝ մեր նորագույն պատմության աղետալի էջի մասին։ Ի վերջո, սա բերում է նաև շատ կոնկրետ ու կարևոր մեկ այլ հարց՝ արդյոք պատերազմը չդադարեցրած իշխանությունը կարո՞ղ է խաղաղություն բերել։ Մեր երկրի, մեր հասարակության, անհատապես մեր բոլորի ընթացիկ կյանքում մի հրեշավոր պատմություն կա, ու ձև անել, թե այն չկա, և շարունակել ապրել՝ կեղծ նորմալության հորինելով, չի ստացվելու»:
