Կառավարությունը սկսում է Տավուշի և Լոռու մարզերում ջրհեղեղից տուժած բնակիչների աջակցության ծրագրերը, որի վերաբերյալ մանրամասներ հայտնում ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Արփինե Սարգսյանը։

ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հաստատվել է փոխհատուցման առաջին փաթեթը, որը վերաբերում է աղետի գոտում կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող առաջնային վնասների փոխհատուցմանը՝ բնակելի տարածքների վերականգնում, նոր բնակարանի ձեռք բերում և կենցաղային գույքի հետ կապված փոխհատուցում։

Ըստ վնասվածության աստիճանի՝ իրականացվել է աղետից տուժած բնակավայրերի գոտիավորում՝ առավել շատ տուժած (Լոռու մարզի Ալավերդի համայնք և Տավուշի մարզի Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի Այրում բնակավայր) և առավել քիչ տուժած (Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան, Փամբակ, Տաշիր, Ստեփանավան, Գյուլագարակ բնակավայրերին և Տավուշի մարզի Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի Արճիշ, Բագրատաշեն, Դեբեդավան, Հաղթանակ, Պտղավան, Դիլիջան, Իջևան) բնակավայրեր։

 Եթե առկա է բնակելի տարածքի կորուստ՝ ոչնչացում, փլուզում, կամ շենքը 4-րդ, 5-րդ աստիճանի վթարային շենք է, որպես փոխհատուցում կտրվի նոր բնակարանի գնման վկայագիր։

 Առավել շատ տուժած բնակավայրերի բնակելի տարածքի վնասման դեպքում յուրաքանչյուր քառակուսի մետրի համար կփոխհատուցվի 60 հազար դրամ, իսկ առավել քիչ տուժած բնակավայրերի դեպքում բնակելի տարածքի վերանորոգման համար յուրաքանչյուր քառակուսի մետրի համար Կառավարությունը կփոխհատուցի 40 հազար դրամ։

 Բնակելի տարածքի վնասի փոխհատուցմանը զուգահեռ Կառավարության կողմից կհատկացվի նաև կենցաղային առաջնային գույքի փոխհատուցում։

Այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք առավել շատ տուժած գոտու բնակավայրերի շահառուներ են կամ պետք է ստանան բնակարանի գնման վկայագիր, կստանան կենցաղային առաջնային գույքի ձեռք բերման համար 1 մլն 200 հազար դրամ։

Առավել քիչ տուժած բնակավայրերի դեպքում կենցաղային առաջնային գույքի փոխհատուցման փաթեթը կկազմի 800 հազար դրամ։

Արփինե Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ փոխհատուցման կարգի դեպքում կխթանվի նաև անկանխիկ շրջանառությունը։

«Մենք հետևողական ենք լինելու, որ մեր քաղաքացիները ըստ նպատակայնության ծախսեն փոխհատուցումը։ Այն տրվելու է 4 հիմնական չափաբաժնով․ սկզբում կփոխհատուցվի միանվագ 25 տոկոս, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները կարողանան միանգամից նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել։ Երկրորդ, երրորդ և չորրորդ հատուցումները, բնականաբար, կլինեն համապատասխան հավաստումները ստանալու դեպքում, երբ համոզված լինենք, որ իրականում ինտենսիվ իրականացվում են վերանորոգման աշխատանքները, և վերջնարդյունքում ունենալու ենք բարեկարգ բնակելի տարածք», -շեշտել է ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալը։
