Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնին՝ Ազգային տոնի առթիվ: Ուղերձում ասված է.
«Մեծարգո պարոն նախագահ, թանկագին Էմանուել, hայ ժողովրդի և անձամբ իմ անունից ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և եղբայրական Ֆրանսիայի ժողովրդին Ազգային տոնի՝ Հուլիսի 14-ի կապակցությամբ։
235 տարի առաջ այս օրը համաշխարհային պատմագրության մեջ ամրագրվեց ոչ միայն որպես ազատության, հավասարության և եղբայրության արժեքների գերակայության համար ֆրանսիացի ժողովրդի արդար պայքարի, այլև համամարդկային արժեքների, մարդու իրավունքների և ժողովրդա-վարության հաղթանակի օր։
Ոգեշնչվելով համամարդկային նշանակություն ունեցող այդ բարձր արժեքներից՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից փրկված և Ֆրանսիայում ապաստանած բազմաթիվ հայորդիներ ստեղծագործել, արարել և նույնիսկ իրենց կյանքն են նվիրաբերել հանուն Ֆրանսիայի, նրա ազատության և նրա դավանած արժեքների։ Այս համատեքստում ցանկանում եմ իմ երախտագիտությունը հայտնել Ֆրանսիայում պետական ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հայազգի զավակներին արժանին մատուցելու համար, որոնց թվում էր Դիմադրության շարժման հերոս Միսաք Մանուշյանը, ում աճյունն ընթացիկ տարվա փետրվարին Ձեր որոշմամբ տեղափոխվեց Պանթեոն։
Բարձր ենք գնահատում մեր երկու պետությունների միջև առկա առանձնահատուկ հարաբերությունները, որոնք խարսխված են դարերի փորձությունները հաղթահարած և թրծված անկեղծ բարեկամության, ինչպես նաև քաղաքակրթական ու արժեքային ամուր հիմքերի վրա։ Այդ հարաբերությունների բնույթի և բովանդակության մասին են փաստում բարձրաստիճան քաղաքական սերտ երկխոսությունն ու բոլոր ոլորտներում դինամիկ զարգացող փոխգործակցությունը՝ հնարավորություն տալով նախանշել մեր պետությունների միջև ռազմավարական համագործակցության զարգացման ուղիները։
Առանձնահատուկ շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման համար հայ ժողովրդի կողքին կանգնելու, մեր տարածաշրջանում երկարատև խաղաղության և կայունության հասնելու ուղղությամբ շարունակական ջանքեր գործադրելու Ձեր վճռական հանձնառության և անմիջական դերակատարության համար:
Օգտվելով առիթից՝ վերահաստատում եմ պետական այցով այս տարվա սեպտեմբերին Հայաստանում Ձեզ հյուրընկալելու իմ հրավերը։
Վերստին շնորհավորելով և Ձեզ հղելով խաղաղության, զարգացման ու բարգավաճման լավագույն մաղթանքներ Ֆրանսիայի միասնականությունը և հերոսական պատմությունը խորհրդանշող տոնական այս օրվա առթիվ՝ խնդրում եմ ընդունել, պարոն նախագահ, խորին հարգանքիս հավաստիքը»:
