Ալիևը կրկին կմեկնի Վրաստան՝ լուծելու «գազի հարցը»

Ալիկ Երոյանցը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Գազամատակարարման շուրջ Գազպրոմ ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների և Վրաստանի էներգետիկայի նախարարի միջև օրերս Վիեննայում կայացած հանդիպումը ևս անարդյունք է անցել: Վրացի նախարարի՝ կալաձեի խոսքով՝ իրենք կրկին մերժել են ռուսական կողմի առաջարկը, ըստ որի, Հայաստանին ռուսական գազի մատակարարման տրանզիտային ծառայության դիմաց Վրաստանին այսուհետ Գազպրոմը պատրաստվում է վճարել սահմանված գին: Կալաձեն չի մանրամասնել հանդիպման բովանդակությունը, սակայն նրա մեկնաբանությունից պարզ է դարձել, որ վրացական կողմն այլ տարբերակ չունի, քանի որ ռուսական գազն իրենց համար ուղղակի անհրաժեշտություն է, և ռուսական կողմին մերժելու դեպքում, Գազպրոմը սպառնացել է դադարեցնել կապույտ վառելիքի տրամադրումը Վրաստանին, իսկ Հայաստանին գազ մատակարարել Իրանից:

Բանակցությունները կարծես, կրկին փակուղի են մտնում, և խնդիրն ավելի է բարդանում, քանի որ այսօրվա դրությամբ վրացական կողմը գազը ստանում է Ռուսաստանից առանց որևիցե պայմանավորվածության և պայմանագրի, քանի որ նախորդ պայմանագրի ժամկետը ավարտվել է անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին:
Վերոնշյալի համատեքստում զարմանալի չէ, որ ակտիվացում է նկատվում ադրբեջանական կողմից: Բաքվից հնչող հայտարարություններին ավելացել է ևս մեկ տեղեկատվություն, որի համաձայն՝ մոտ ժամանակներս Թբիլիսի է ժամանելու նախագահ Ալիևը: Առանց այդ էլ սոցիալ-տնտեսական վատ վիճակում հայտնված Ադրբեջանը, կարծես, աստիճանաբար կորցնում է նաև իր ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում և մասնավորապես Վրաստանում, որտեղ վերջին տարիներին կուտակված հնարավորությունները կորցնելու նախադրյալներ են նկատվում: Էներգետիկ և մասնավորապես գազամատակարարման ոլորտում Վրաստանում մենաշնորհային դիրք զբաղեցնող Ադրբեջանն այժմ ստիպված է մարտավարական նոր քայլեր մտածել նշված ոլորտում իր ուժային ծավալները մեծացնելու ցանկություններ ունեցող ռուսական ընկերության դեմն առնելու համար:

2012թ.-ի իշխանափոխությունից հետո փոխվեց նաև Վրաստանի իշխանությունների վերաբերմունքը հարևանների նկատմամբ, և գաղտնիք չէ, որ վրացական արտաքին քաղաքականության նորովի իրացման պայմաններում բացասական երանգներ հաղորդվեցին ինչպես վրաց-ադրբեջանական, այնպես էլ՝ վրաց-թուրքական հարաբերութոյււններին: Դա է պատճառը, որ ընդամենը 2-3 ամիս առաջ Վրաստան այցելած Ալիևը ստիպված է կրկնել թռիչքը դեպի Թբիլիսի, որտեղ կփորձի նորից համոզել վրացական իշխանություններին և վրաց հասարակությանը, որ ադրբեջանական գազն անսպառ է, իսկ դրա արդյունահանվող ծավալներն անչափելի, ինչը թույլ է տալիս բավարարել հարևան Վրաստանի գազի պահանջարկը: Բայց արի ու տես, որ այդ երգը արդեն բոլորը լսել են, և չեն հասկանում, թե ինչպես է Ալիևը պատրաստվում անհրաժեշտ ծավալի գազ անցկացնել խողովակաշարով, որի թողունակությունը սահմանափակ է:
