Արմավիրի մարզում «Նոր գույներ» երիտասարդական մշակութային զարգացման կենտրոն է բացվել։ Ծրագիրը Զարգացման լիդերների ֆորումի ևս մեկ հաղթող է, որն անցկացվել է 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերին` Գյումրիում, Զարգացման ազգային գիտահետազոտական ​​ինստիտուտի և МИР հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ:

Հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Գագիկ Ալոյանն իր ողջույնի խոսքում շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Զարգացման ազգային գիտահետազոտական ​​ինստիտուտին Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև մշակութային և կրթական կապերի ամրապնդմանն ուղղված մարդասիրական ծրագրերին աջակցելու համար և հույս է հայտնել հետագա համագործակցության վերաբերյալ։

Արմավիրի քաղաքապետ Վարշամ Սարգսյանն իր հերթին շնորհավորել է բնակավայրի բնակիչներին։

Լուկաշին համայնքի ղեկավար Գևորգ Զեյնալյանը նույնպես նկատել է ծրագրի մեծ նշանակությունը տեղի բնակչության համար։

«Վստահ եմ, որ «Նոր գույներ» կենտրոնը կդառնա մատաղ սերնդի մշակութային փոխգործակցության և կրթական գործունեության առանցքային օղակը՝ նպաստելով Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի ժողովուրդների միջև փոխըմբռնմանը, հարգանքին և բարեկամությանը»,-իր խոսքում նշել է Զեյնալյանը:

Կենտրոնում երեխաները կզբաղվեն ստեղծագործական աշխատանքով, կծանոթանան պատմությանն ու գրականությանը։ Առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն կդարձվի ռուսաց լեզվի և մշակույթի ուսումնասիրությանը։
