info24.ru-ն «ԱՄՆ-ն Ուկրաինայի նման զինում է Հայաստանին, իսկ հետո «կմանրի»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հարավային Կովկասում հետագա ցանկացած հակամարտության համար անհրաժեշտ է Հայաստանի ուժեղացված ռազմականացում, info24.ru-ի հետ զրույցում կարծիք է հայտնել քաղաքագետ Եվգենի Միխայլովը։ «Երրորդ երկրներն այժմ օգտագործում են Հայաստանը՝ որպես երկիր, որը կարող է «մանրվել»՝ որոշակի միջազգային խաղացողների շահերից ելնելով։ Երևանն այժմ բացարձակապես ի վիճակի չէ հզոր զենք գնել, ուստի, կարծում եմ, որ նույն ֆրանսիացիներն ու ամերիկացիներն են գումարներ հատկացնում իրենց հիմնադրամներով կամ ինչ-որ սխեմաներով»,- պնդել է փորձագետը։

Ըստ Միխայլովի, ԱՄՆ-ի հետ մերձեցման և ռազմավարական գործընկերության պատրաստակամության մասին հայկական հայտարարությունները վկայում են այն մասին, որ Հայաստանը գնում է «Ուկրաինայի ճանապարհով»։ Նրան վերագրել «երկրորդ Վրաստանի» դեր՝ այլևս ճիշտ չէ, կարծում է Միխայլովը, քանի որ Վրաստանը, «չաջակցելով Մոսկվայի դեմ պատժամիջոցներին՝ ավելի անկախ քաղաքականություն է վարում և որոշակի դիրքորոշում է որդեգրել»։ «Սրանք ակնհայտ բաներ են, որոնց վրա հիմա ոչ ոք աչք չի փակում, ուղղակի կոշտ արտահայտություններ դեռ չկան: Ռուսաստանը դիտարկում է, քննադատում է, իր դիրքորոշումն է հայտնում։ Բայց սպառնալիքն ակնհայտ է: Հենց Ուկրաինայի հետ հարցերը լուծվեն, կարծում եմ, ի վերջո Հայաստանը «կմանրեն», քանի որ նա պետք է հենց հիմա, մի պահ։ ԱՄՆ-ն արդեն նրա համար ժամանակ չի ունենա, նրանք երկարաժամկետ խաղ են խաղում»,- ասել է փորձագետը։ Միխայլովը կարծում է, որ Վաշինգտոնը Երևանին օգնում է առաջին հերթին «Ռուսաստանում իրավիճակն ապակայունացնելու» նպատակով, ընդ որում՝ իր խնդիրների պատճառով։

«Միացյալ Նահանգները բարդ իրավիճակում է, հակամարտություն ունի Մերձավոր Արևելքում և Ուկրաինայում: Եվ չնայած արդեն գրեթե դուրս են եկել վերջինից, բայց իրենց գործընկերների հետ միասին հույս ունեն դա ինչ-որ այլ տեղ տանել: Եվ Հայաստանը ինչ-որ այլ տեղն է»,- պարզաբանել է քաղաքագետը։ Միխայլովը կոչ է արել նայել, թե ո՞վ և ի՞նչ զենք է մատակարարում Երևանին: «Ֆրանսիան իրականում մատակարարել է զենք, որը պահանջարկ չունի այլ երկրներում, որից հրաժարվել են Ուկրաինան և մյուսները։ Ինչպես ասում են, վերցրու այն, ինչն ուրիշներին պետք չէ։ Այսպիսով, Հայաստանին իրականում աղբ է տրվում»,- ասել է նա։
