Ռուս պայմանագրային զինծառայողը հուլիսի 11-ի երեկոյան կրակել է երկու ծառայակիցների վրա՝ վիրավորելով մեկին, այնուհետև փախել է Բելգորոդի շրջանի ռազմական տեղակայման կետից։ Այս մասին հայտնել են Baza և Shot տելեգրամ ալիքները, փոխանցում է Meduza-ն։ Ըստ Shot-ի՝ կենցաղային կոնֆլիկտ է տեղի ունեցել փախուստի դիմած պայմանագրային զինծառայողի և զինծառայողների միջև։
«ВЧК-ОГПУ» տելեգրամ-ալիքն էլ պնդում է, որ կրակոցները տեղի են ունեցել այն ժամանակ, երբ զինվորականները ալկոհոլ են օգտագործել։ Պայմանագային զինծառայողն ավտոմատից կրակ է բացել, երբ սկսել են ծաղրել։ Նա փախուստի դիմելիս վերցրել է իր «Կալաշնիկով» ինքնաձիգն ու 70 փամփուշտ, սակայն զորամասից ոչ հեռու թողել է զենքը։ Բելգորոդի մարզում հայտարարվել է «Перехват» պլանը։ Shot-ը նշում է, որ տասը ժամից ավելի փնտրում են զինվորականին։ Վարկածներից մեկի համաձայն՝ զինվորականը կարող էր հատել սահմանն ու անցնել Ուկրաինայի տարածք։
Բելգորոդյան «Пепел»-ը տեղեկատվական թերթիկ է տարածել, որտեղ ասվում է, որ ռազմական ոստիկանությունը փնտրում է 1995 թվականին ծնված Չեբոկսարի քաղաքից Ալեքսեյ Վիտալիի Ժուրավլյովին։ Նշվում է, որ նա հուլիսի 11-ին կամայականորեն լքել է Ուկրաինայի սահմանին գտնվող Կոզինկի գյուղի զորամասը։ «Կասկածվում է հանցագործություն կատարելու մեջ»,- ասվում է թերթիկում։ Ռուսական RT հեռուստաալիքի աղբյուրի համաձայն՝ Ժուրավլյովը «մեղադրվում է դասալքության և սպանության փորձի մեջ»։ Astra տելեգրամ-ալիքը պարզել է, որ Ալեքսեյ Ժուրավլյովը նախկինում դատապարտվել է 2011 թվականին կատարված գողության համար։ Ըստ RT-ի՝ կարգադրիչները նրա նկատմամբ տասը կատարողական թերթիկ են կազմել՝ 260 հազար ռուբլի ընդհանուր պարտքի դիմաց։ Ենթադրվում է, որ Ժուրավլյովը պայմանագիր է կնքել ռուսական բանակի հետ 2023 թվականին։
