Թուրքիան հացահատիկի գործարքի վերսկսման հույս ունի

Թուրքիան հուսով է, որ հացահատիկի գործարքը կվերականգնվի և կվերսկսվի Ստամբուլում, որտեղ այն ի սկզբանե ստորագրվել էր 2022 թվականի հուլիսին: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի առաջնորդ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքներով Վաշինգտոնում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում։
«Սևծովյան հացահատիկի նախաձեռնության մասին մենք խոսեցինք պարոն [Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր] Պուտինի հետ։ Մենք հետևելու ենք գործընթացին։ Եթե մենք կարողանանք միավորել երկու կողմերին [Ռուսաստանն ու Ուկրաինան] այս հարցում, ապա հուսով եմ, որ մենք քայլեր կձեռնարկենք Սեւծովյան նախաձեռնությունը [նորացնելու] ուղղությամբ։ Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ այս գործընթացը կկարողանանք ավարտել Ստամբուլում՝ Դոլմաբահչե պալատում։ Սա է մեր ակնկալիքը»,- ասել է Էրդողանը։
Հուլիսի 3-ին Աստանայում Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի հետ հանդիպումից հետո Էրդողանն ավելի վաղ ասել էր, որ Թուրքիան հույսը դնում է նոր ձևաչափով սևծովյան հացահատիկի գործարքի վերականգնման վրա՝ ստեղծելով հացահատիկային միջանցք իր տարածքով գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի մատակարարումը ոչ թե Արևմուտք, այլ Աֆրիկայի և պարենային անվտանգության խնդիրներ ունեցող այլ տարածաշրջանների երկրներ։
2022 թվականի հուլիսի 22-ին Ստամբուլում ստորագրված հացահատիկի գործարքի ժամկետն ավարտվել է 2023 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին։ Ռուսաստանի նախագահը բազմիցս նշել է, որ Արևմուտքը ուկրաինական հացահատիկի մեծ մասն արտահանել է իրենց երկրներ, և գործարքի հիմնական նպատակը՝ հացահատիկի մատակարարումը կարիքավոր երկրներին, այդ թվում՝ աֆրիկյան երկրներին, այդպես էլ չի իրականացել։
