Երևանը պատրաստ է շարունակել Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանազատման գործընթացը և հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել։ Այս մասին ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի X-րդ խորհրդարանական ֆորումում հայտարարել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխխոսնակ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը, գրում է senatinform.ru-ն:
Նա նշել է, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային գծի շուրջ 12 կիլոմետրն արդեն սահմանազատվել է, և երկու կողմի սահմանապահ ծառայությունները տեղակայված են սահմանի համապատասխան հատվածներում։
«Հայաստանը հավակնություններ չունի իր միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված տարածքից դուրս և պատրաստ է կառուցողական և ինտենսիվ աշխատանքի՝ սահմանազատման գործընթացը շարունակելու և խաղաղության պայմանագիրը հնարավորինս արագ ավարտին հասցնելու և ստորագրելու համար», - ասել է Ռուբինյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը հանդես է գալիս քաղաքական երկխոսության բարելավման և միջազգային հարաբերություններում կայունության բարձրացման օգտին։
Ըստ Ռուբինյանի՝ համաշխարհային հանրությունն անցնում է միջազգային հարաբերությունների փոխակերպման դժվարին ճանապարհով։ Համաշխարհային քաղաքականության տեկտոնական փոփոխությունները զգալի ազդեցություն ունեն համաշխարհային տնտեսության վրա՝ տնտեսական աճը դանդաղում է, առկա է էներգետիկ և պարենային ճգնաժամ, իսկ գնաճը զգալիորեն աճում է։
Նա ասել է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը մշակել և ներկայացրել է «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը՝ բոլոր տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման համար։
«Այս նախագծով մենք վերահաստատում ենք մեր անկեղծ շահագրգռվածությունը և քաղաքական կամքը՝ ապաշրջափակելու բոլոր տրանսպորտային կապերը: Այն ուղղված է տարածաշրջանի երկրների միջև կապերի բարելավմանը` վերականգնելով ճանապարհների, երկաթուղիների, խողովակաշարերի, մալուխների, էլեկտրահաղորդման գծերի կառուցումն ու շահագործումը, դրանով իսկ նոր հնարավորություններ ստեղծելով բեռների, ապրանքների տեղաշարժի համար»,- ասել է Ռուբինյանը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ միավորելով բոլոր կողմերի շահերը՝ հնարավոր կլինի ձեռք բերել պատմական հնարավորություն՝ նախադրյալներ ստեղծելու համագործակցության և ողջ տարածաշրջանի բարգավաճման համար։
