Ռուսաստանը մտահոգված է ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունից

Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը հայտարարել է, թե Ռուսաստանը մտահոգված է, որ ԵՄ առաքելությունն Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին կարող է մշտական դառնալ Հայաստանի հավանությամբ։ Նրա խոսքով, հիմքեր կան նաև ենթադրելու, որ արևմտյան երկրները Հայաստանում ԵՄ առաքելության ընթացքում հետախուզական տվյալներ են հավաքում ռուսական օբյեկտների, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանին հարևան բոլոր պետությունների վերաբերյալ։
«Մենք նաև մտահոգված ենք, որ Երևանի հավանությամբ առաքելությունը ոչ միայն ընդլայնվում է, այլ սպառնում է ժամանակավորից դառնալ մշտական»,- ասել է նա։
Ռուսաստանն առաջին անգամ չէ, որ մտահոգություն է հայտնում ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության կապակցությամբ։ 2022 թ. նոյեմբերին առաջին անգամ Հայաստան եկան ԵՄ դիտորդներ Վրաստանում գործող առաքելությունից, իսկ արդեն 2023 թ. հունվարից ԵՄ առաքելությունը ծավալվել է Հայաստանում։ Հընթացս այն զգալի ընդլայնվել է՝ հասնելով գրեթե 209 դիտորդի։
Նաև Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն են օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ ընդունել՝ առաքելությանը դիվանագիտական լուրջ կարգավիճակ ընձեռելով։ Մոսկվան բազմիցս է հայտնել իր մտահոգությունները, հատկապես, երբ առաքելությանը միացավ մեկ դիտորդ Կանադայից։ Ըստ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի, այդկերպ, առաքելությունը վերածվել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի ստորաբաժանման։
Դիտորդների հետ կապված խնդիրներ են տեսնում նաև Թեհրանում, թեպետ վերջին շրջանում իրանական կողմը սկսել է չափազանց մեղմ արտահայտվել։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պատճառաբանում են, որ ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունն ավելի արդյունավետ է, քան ՀԱՊԿ-ն և ՌԴ ներկայությունը, իսկ դիտորդների ժամանումից հետո ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի վրա ոտնձգություններ չեն կատարվել․ Ամեն դեպքում, ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության հրավիրումն այն լրջագույն գործոններից է, որ բացասաբար է ազդում ՀՀ-ՌԴ հարաբերությունների վրա։
