Փաշինյանն ուզում է վերահսկել Արցախի ուժայիններին

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն առաջարկում է իրավական հիմքեր ստեղծել՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ԱԱԾ նախկին աշխատակիցներին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ում համապատասխան պաշտոնների նշանակելու համար: Խորհրդարանի արտահերթ նիստում երեկ համապատասխան նախագիծ է ներկայացվել։
«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության բազմաթիվ աշխատակիցներ ցանկություն են հայտնել ծառայության անցնելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային անվտանգության մարմիններում՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն ստանալու պարագայում։ Ընդ որում, նրանց մի մասը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության համակարգում զբաղեցրել են ավագ կամ գլխավոր խմբի պաշտոններ և ունեցել են սպայական բարձր կոչումներ»,- ասել է ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Սիմոնյանը։
Նրա խոսքով, վերջիններիս կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն ձեռք բերելը դեռևս բավարար չի լինի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության մարմիններում իրենց զբաղեցրած պաշտոններին համապատասխանող պաշտոնների նշանակելու համար։ Նախագծով առաջարկվում է լրացում կատարել Ազգային անվտանգության մարմիններում ծառայության մասին օրենքի 19-րդ հոդվածում՝ սահմանելով, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում թափուր պաշտոն առաջանալու դեպքում ծառայության կարող են ընդունվել և պաշտոնին նշանակվել նաև 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ի դրությամբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ԱԱԾ-ում պաշտոն զբաղեցրած անձինք՝ հաշվի առնելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում նրանց ծառայության ժամանակահատվածը, զբաղեցրած պաշտոնը և կոչումը։
Արցախի հայաթափումից հետո գործող վարչախումբն ամեն ինչ արել է՝ արցախցի ուժայիններին Հայաստանի համակարգերում չներգրավելու համար։ Բացառություն միայն փրկարարներն էին, որոնց մի մասին աշխատանքի են ընդունել: Բանակին, ԱԱԾ սպաներին, ոստիկաններին Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը չեն վստահում։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանն այժմ մտքափոխ է եղել, ցանկանում է Արցախի ԱԱԾ սպաներին ներգրավել համակարգում, բայց ոչ բարձր պաշտոնների, նրանց ավելի լավ հետևելու և վերահսկելու համար։ Որևէ այլ պատճառաբանություն իշխանությունը չունի։
