Հայաստանը մնում է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ և հանդիսանում ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտներում բազմաթիվ երկկողմ պայմանագրերի կողմ, սակայն Երևանն առկա մտահոգությունների կառուցողական քննարկման փոխարեն, ցավոք, ընտրել է այլ ուղի. այս մասին հայտնել է ՌԴ ԱԳ փոխնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը։
«Հայաստանը գերադասում է մեծացնել փոխգործակցությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ի կամ դաշինքի առանձին անդամների հետ, հատկապես ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափանիշների ներդրման, զենքի գնման կամ համատեղ մարտական պատրաստության աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու առումով, էլ չեմ խոսում այս ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքի՝ այս օրերին Վաշինգտոնում ընթացող գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելու մասին», - ասել է պաշտոնյան:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այս ամենը ծայրահեղ ափսոսանքից բացի այլ բան չի առաջացնում։
«Նման տեմպերով խորացնելով համագործակցությունը նրանց հետ, որոնց նպատակը Ռուսաստանի «ռազմավարական պարտությունն» է, Երևանն իր ձեռքերով վտանգում է լրջորեն ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում՝ ի վնաս, ի թիվս այլ բաների, սեփական անվտանգության։ Կարծում եմ՝ Հայաստանի բանիմաց մասնագետներն ու քաղաքական գործիչները հասկանում են նման անխոհեմ քայլերի հնարավոր վնասները: Իմ կարծիքով, երկու աթոռի վրա նստելու փորձերի անիրատեսականությունը, թեկուզ տնտեսական ոլորտում, շատ հստակ արտահայտել է Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկն անցյալ ամսվա վերջին Մոսկվայում Պրիմակովյան ընթերցումներ ֆորումում ունեցած ելույթում՝ խոսելով Երևանի եվրոպական նկրտումների մասին՝ կապված ԵԱՏՄ-ում ստանձնած պարտավորությունների հետ», - եզրափակել է Գալուզինը:
