Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 11-ին, Սյունիքի մարզում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական ավտովթարի հետևանքով զոհված զինծառայող 20-ամյա Արմեն Մամյանը, որը զորացրվել և տուն էր վերադառնում, Տավուշի մարզի Կոթի գյուղից էր։
Կոթիի վարչական ղեկավար Անդրանիկ Հախվերդյանն Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ ընտանիքը երկար ժամանակ բնակություն էր հաստատել Իջևան քաղաքում։
«Իրենք ծնունդով Կոթիից են, բայց ապրում են Իջևանում։ 2 երեխա ունեն, Արմենը մեծն էր։ Իրենից փոքր քույր ունի։ Արմենը շատ լավ երեխա էր, շատ լավ երգում էր, լավ ձայն ուներ, բազմակողմանի զարգացած, պայծառ տղա էր։ Ամբողջ գոյւղը ցնցված է, ամբողջ գյուղը ափսոսում է, ամբողջ գյուղը սգի մեջ է։
Արմենի հայրիկի հորեղբոր որդին 1994 թվականին կռվի ժամանակ զոհվել է, անունը դրել էին երեխու վրա՝ Արմեն»,- ասաց Կոթիի վարչական ղեկավարը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ զինծառայողի ազգականները, ծանոթները, բոլորն անհամբեր սպասում էին նրա զորացրվելուն, պատրաստություն էին տեսել, որպեսզի հնարավորինս լավ դիմավորիեն Արմենին, ավաղ.

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր՝ հուլիսի 11-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է եղել Սյունիքի մարզում։ Զորացրված զինծառայողներին տեղափոխող ավտոմեքենան վթարի է ենթարկվել, հայտնվել ձորում, ինչի հետևանքով մեքենայի վարորդը և զորացրված զինծառայողներից մեկը տեղում մահացել են։ Մյուս 3 զինծառայողներին տեղափոխել են հոսպիտալ։
