Վաշինգտոնյան հանդիպում՝ ոչնչի մասին

Վաշինգտոնում երեկ տեղի է ունեցել Միրզոյան-Բայրամով-Բլինքեն եռակողմ հանդիպումը, որը, ըստ էության, որևէ արդյունք չի տվել։ Հանդիպումից առաջ պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը նշել էր, թե Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը շատ մոտ են հասնելու վերջնական համաձայնության։
«Շուրջ մեկուկես տարի Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը շատ կարևոր աշխատանք են կատարել խաղաղության պայմանագիրն ամբողջացնելու շուրջ բանակցությունների ուղղությամբ։ Սա երկարատև և արժանապատիվ գործընթաց է և բացառիկ հնարավորություն է 2 երկրների և տարածաշրջանի համար, այդ թվում՝ Ամերիկայի հետ հարաբերությունների համար:
Այս գործընթացի ընթացքում Միացյալ Նահանգներն աջակցել է իր օգնությամբ, աջակցել է Եվրամիության և եվրոպական բազմաթիվ այլ գործընկերների հետ միասին։ Այսօր հնարավորություն է ստեղծվել, ամբողջացնելու առաջընթացը, որ ձեռք է բերվել, ավարտին հասցնել, այն ինչ մնացել է։ Ես հավատում եմ, որ 2 երկրներ էլ շատ մոտ են հասնելու վերջնական համաձայնության, դրան Ամերիկան շատ-շատ է աջակցում։ Այսօր կտեսնենք, թե էլ ինչ կարող է անել Միացյալ Նահանգներն օգնելու հասնել համաձայնության, - հայտարարել էր Էնթոնի Բլինքենը։
Հանդիպումից հետո ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ները միանման հաղորդագրություն են տարածել, նշել են խաղաղության և միջպետական հարաբերությունների հաստատման վերաբերյալ պատմական պայմանագրի կնքման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից գրանցված առաջընթացը և համաձայնել են շարունակել աշխատանքները:
Ոչինչ չասող հայտարարություն՝ ընդամենը բանակցությունները շարունակելու մտադրության մասին։ Մինչ հանդիպումն էլ փորձագետները նշում էին, որ ԱՄՆ-ին այս անգամ չի հաջողվի Բաքվին հակել ավելի կառուցողական տրամադրությունների, հատկապես, որ թե՛ Ադրբեջանը, թե՛ տարածաշրջանի այլ երկրներ սպասում են ԱՄՆ նախագահական ընտրությունների արդյունքներին։
ԱՄՆ գործող վարչախմբին հաշված ամիսներ են մնացել, իսկ նախկին նախագահ Թրամփն արտաքին քաղաքական հարցերում հանդես է գալիս հակոտնյա դիրքորոշումներով։
Ադրբեջանն այդ պայմաններում փորձելու է հնարավորինս ժամանակ ձգել, սպասել ԱՄՆ ընտրությունների արդյունքներին, որից հետո որոշել իր անելիքները։
