«Fitch Ratings»-ի գնահատականը դրական ազդակ կարող է լինել ներքին տնտեսվարողների ու արտաքին ներդրողների համար

Այն դեպքում, երբ տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակն անկայուն է, «Fitch Ratings»-ի` Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ գնահատականը դրական ազդակ  կարող է լինել ինչպես մեր ներքին տնտեսվարողների, այնպես էլ արտաքին ներդրողների համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց Ազգային ժողովի Հանրապետական խմբակցության անդամ Գագիկ Մինասյանն` անդրադառնալով «Fitch Ratings» միջազգային վարկանիշային գործակալության գնահատականին: Ըստ դրա` գործակալությունը հաստատել է Հայաստանի արտարժույթով  և ազգային արժույթով դեֆոլտի երկարաժամկետ վարկանիշը` թողնելով «B+» մակարդակի վրա, կանխատեսումը ` կայուն:

«Ի վերջո, կայունությունը տնտեսության համար ամենակարևոր գնահատականներից մեկն է: Իհարկե, ներդրողներն իրենց որոշումները չեն կայացնում մեկ վարկանիշի վրա, սովորաբար կոմպլեքս են մոտենում այդ խնդիրն: Շատ ժամանակ իրենց մասնագետների միջոցով են հետազոտություններ անցկացնում, բայց որ այսպիսի վարկանիշները նույնպես նպաստում են ներդրողների որոշմանը, դա ակնհայտ է»,-ասաց Գագիկ Մինասյանը:

Անդրադառնալով այն հացին, թե որը պետք է լինի Հայաստանի իշխանությունների անելիքը ներդրումներ ներգրավելու համար, Գագիկ Մինասյանը նշեց, որ նախ տարածաշրջանում բարդ իրավիճակ է ձևավորվել: Այն իրողությունները որոնք առկա են տարածաշրջանում, հատկապես Ադրբեջանում, ըստ որոշ կանխատեսումների, երկրում առկա ներքին խնդիրներից հասարակությանը շեղելու համար, չի բացառվում, որ Ադրբեջանը սահմանին հրահրի նոր միջադեպեր: Դա նվազեցնում է Հայաստանի ներդրումային հնարավորությունները:

«Միաժամանակ, այն բոլոր իրողությունները, որոնք կապված են Ռուսաստանի հետ, ևս բարդացնում են մեր երկրի տնտեսական իրավիճակը: Այս պարագայում դրսից նոր ռեսուրսներ, թերևս, չենք կարող ակնկալել: Հետևաբար կարևորվում է մեր ներքին ռեսուրսների առավել արդյունավետ օգտագործումը »,-ասաց Գագիկ Մինասյանը: Նրա խոսքով, դրան հասնելու երկու հիմնական ճանապարհ կա: Նախ` հետևողական պայքարի շարունակումը կոռուպցիայի դեմ, հաջորդը` հավասար տնտեսական մրցակցային պայմանների ստեղծումը տնտեսվարողների համար: Դրանից բացի նաև օրենսդրական բարեփոխումներ են անհրաժեշտ: Ըստ պատգամավորի` դրանք են այն հիմնական ուղղությունները, որոնք կարող են նպաստել ներդրումների զարգացման համար:
