61-ամյա տղամարդը փորձել է սպանել քրոջ ամուսնուն, որը քնած է եղել

2024 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 07։14-ին, Աստղիկ Բ/Կ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ դանակահարվելու հետևանքով՝ որովայնի շրջանի կտրած վերք ախտորոշմամբ շտապօգնության խմբի կողմից իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի տղամարդ։
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:
«Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է նշված անձի, ինչպես նաև վերջինիս հիշյալ մարմնական վնասվածքը պատճառած անձի ինքնությունը, ովքեր Երևանի բնակիչներ են՝ ծնված 1963թ․։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով նախաձեռնել է քրեական վարույթ։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 06։30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Վանթյան փողոցում գտնվող տանը 61–ամյա տղամարդը, կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, դանակով հարվածել է քնած վիճակում գտնվող՝ քրոջ ամուսնու կրծքավանդակին, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցանքն ավարտին չի հասցրել ․ քույրը և վերջինիս ամուսինը արթնացել են և դանակը ձեռքից վերցրել։
Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում վերցվել է հանցագործության գործիք դանակը, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություններ:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 61–ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով։ Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանքը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ։

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
