Հուլիսի 6-ին «Երեւանի ՀԷԿ 1»-ում (Երեւանի առաջին հիդրոէլեկտրակայան) տեղի ունեցած խոշոր հրդեհի հետեւանքով այս օրերին Երեւանի Կենտրոն եւ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանների որոշ հատվածներում առկա են էլեկտրամատակարարման ընդհատումներ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունից։
Նշվում է, որ վթարը բավականին մեծ է իր մասշտաբներով։ «Ընկերության կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շրջանակում մշակվել են բաժանորդների էլեկտրամատակարարման ապահովման ժամանակավոր սխեմաներ: Էլեկտրասնուցումն ապահովվում է տարբեր այլընտրանքային աղբյուրներից, որոնք այս ժամանակահատվածում պարբերաբար փոփոխվում են։ Սա հնարավոր է դարձել իրականացնել շնորհիվ Ընկերության կողմից կատարված մեծածավալ ներդրումային ծրագրերի։ Այլ պարագայում նմանատիպ վթարի հետեւանքների վերացմանն ուղղված ժամկետները մի քանի անգամ կգերազանցեին այսօրվա ժամկետները:
Հաշվի առնելով վերը նշված վթարի մեծ ծավալները՝ Ընկերության բաժանորդների սպասարկման տեղեկատվական ծառայության շուրջօրյա գործող 1-80 զանգերի կենտրոնն աշխատում է խիստ ծանրաբեռնված արտակարգ ռեժիմով, ստանում բազմաթիվ զանգեր, որոնցից բոլորին, ցավոք, հնարավոր չէ պատասխանել։ Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ էլեկտրամատակարարման ընդհատումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի է ոչ միայն օպերատորի, այլ նաեւ ավտոմատ ծառայության միջոցով, որի համար անհրաժեշտ է մուտքագրել բաժանորդական քարտի կամ պայմանագրին կցված հեռախոսահամարը։
Ընկերությունը հայցում է իր բաժանորդների ներողամտությունը եւ հավաստիացնում, որ անում է հնարավորը՝ առավելագույնս արագ խնդրին վերջնական լուծում տալու, էլեկտրամատակարարման հիմնական սխեմային վերադառնալու և բաժանորդներին նվազագույն անհանգստություն պատճառելու համար»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ։
