НПО: «Национальный киноцентр Армении» сознательно превысил свои полномочия

Мы имеем основания подозревать, что Государственная некоммерческая организация «Национальный киноцентр Армении» сознательно превысила свои полномочия. Об этом говорится в открытом письме НПО «Всеармянская федерация кинематографистов», адресованном премьер-министру Николу Пашиняну, президенту Ваагну Хачатурну и министру образования, науки, культуры и спорта Армении Жанне Андреасян.

В письме, поступившем в Новости Армении – NEWS.am, отмечается:

«Нарушим устав, «Национальный киноцентр Армении» в январе 2024 года при проведении первого тендера на финансирование фильмов потратил все деньги, запланированные на производство фильмов в госбюджете на 2024 год. Киноцентр заключил контракты с более чем десятком кинопродюсеров, взяв на себя обязательства по финансированию 12 кинопроектов уже за счет бюджетных средств, запланированных на 2025 год. Структура накопила долги, повторно финансировала фильмы, растратила весь бюджет 2024 года, часть бюджета 2025 года, совершила ряд грубых нарушений, переложив тяжелое бремя на свою преемницу – вновь созданную структуру в лице «Кинофонда Армении».

В результате проведение второго конкурса по финансированию фильмов в 2024 году оказалось под угрозой. Это нанесет огромный ущерб армянскому кинопроизводству и репутации Армении.

Мы требуем организовать второй (летний) конкурс на финансирование фильмов в 2024 году, а также уберечь «Кинофонд Армении» от проблем, накопившихся в результате нарушений, допущенных ГНКО «Национальный киноцентр Армении»».
