BFMTV: прокуратура заподозрила Ле Пен в незаконном финансировании кампании

Парижская прокуратура начала расследование против лидера парламентской фракции «Национальное объединение» Марин Ле Пен по подозрению в незаконном финансировании ее президентской кампании 2022 года, сообщает телеканал BFMTV со ссылкой на источники.
«Прокуратура Парижа недавно начала судебное расследование в связи с подозрениями в незаконном финансировании кампании Марин Ле Пен на президентских выборах 2022 года», - сообщает канал.
Началу расследования предшествовала жалоба Национальной комиссии по счетам избирательных кампаний и политическому финансированию (CNCCFP). По информации телеканала, подозрения в связи с предвыборной кампанией у комиссии вызвала не только Марин Ле Пен, однако в ее отношении судебное расследование было запущено.
Согласно французскому законодательству, во время предвыборных кампаний кандидатам запрещено превышать установленный лимит расходов. При соблюдении условий государство возмещает часть расходов на кампанию. В противном случае CNCCFP может внести изменения в избирательные счета, сократить сумму полагаемого возмещения и при необходимости передать дело для расследования. Именно на этом основании комиссия подала жалобу, говорится в материале телеканала.
